When did they become the villain of their own story? They put up walls around everything now.
That's what I was thinking. What Vic did apparently was unconscionable and outrageous to these people. Then someone on staff was found doing things even worse.
I think they can't mention him because it so starkly contrasts Vic and Michael Quinn. Michael Quinn lied to them everyday and didn't get caught. Gray Haddock lied to them everyday and didn't get caught. Hell, all the systems in place to prevent abuse failed in that case.
