It'll be back on Chupp's table if Vic wins appeal, the question is if it'll be LeMosquitoed standing in front of that table representing Monica and Ron. If it's supposed to be Casey's problem again when the TCPA and it's appeals are over and done with, LeMosquitoed really doesn't have much discouraging him from being obnoxious in demanding he be awarded more of his fees in hopes of going into appeals in a more favorable position.
