It just proves that his stupid shades are rose tinted. Given his age he was born in 86-87 so he has somewhat of a memory of the decade but not much. He said he grew up poor so maybe the good'ol bush recession aswell as the war on drugs is what tainted his view of the 90s. Many of us have a pure incurable nostalgia boner for the decade we grew up in. I was born in the late nineties and remember the 2000s fondly especially when sponge bob was good and cartoons were still in a golden age. Little did I know Bush was fucking the country as well as heaps of other shit. My dad was born in 62 and remembers the 70s quite fondly depite Nam, Watergate, and Nixon resigning.
We all have those years.
Still I don't understand Razors adoration of the eighties. Sure alot of good movies were made but this was the decade everyone learned how big a problem Americas immigration situation was, most major cities were at their peak shitholliness, the Cold war was at its worst in 83 when it came down to one guy who made the choice to not send Earth into total nuclear annihilation. This was also when america started to meddle in the affairs of the third world; Panama, Columbia, Libya, Afganistan, ect.
Reagan was a bad president and many people see that more and more everyday, most of the things Razor hates are things he pushed.

Razor fist doesn't like the 80s as much as he likes its aesthetic. Its neon illuminated post apocalyptic drug ridden metropolitan aesthetic. He larps as a bad-ass biker cowboy wannabe Mad Max with his mausers and bolt actions which is ironic when all of his fans want a civil war and talks them down.
I can admit the 2000s were shit, hes a decade older and cant admit the 80s were shit too

Taste is subjective, but the 80's were a good time for music; and I'll even willingly say it was better than the shit that comes out today; but the 90's didn't have it bad. For games, he can shit on FF7 all he wants, but 90's Squaresoft put in work in the SNES/PS1 days; and the PS1, god damn, it was workhorse and people were making everything for it. But I think most of it stems from his hatred of Japan and weebs; would have to lose his lovely Thief and Silent Hill franchises as well, those aren't 80's. As for wrestling, there was good wrestling, but unless his family knew someone who recorded everything from the territory days; he wouldn't know much about guys like Steamboat Ricky, the Von Brauns, etc. His love of wrestling was from big daddy Vince, the Monday Night Wars, and The Attitude Era (The best era, fite me in real life).

You nailed it. His 'ePersonality' only gives an updoot to a topic if he can monetize a video about it.
Danny's opinion pieces aren't edgy, unique, or original...but they always bring in the bacon.

With all his flaws, I do like his reviews of DS9 and Film Noir.
