One of the parody ultra-woke Twitter accounts had a thread about a woman struggling to get a bag into an overhead locker on a plane, and how he stopped a man from helping her because 'the patriarchy' - and then basked in the glow of everyone looking at what a great ally he was.

A lot of those parody accounts are incredibly on-point.

I've legit seen at least one woke person wringing their hands about liking a black musical artist but not feeling comfortable going to one of their concerts because she didn't want to look like she was appropriating black culture or make the black audience members feel uncomfortable.

Perhaps the only thing more predictable than her being a white woman was that she was actually gender non-conforming/non-binary.

They would and did go around pissing people off, but they did it in the context of making art for them and doing it in front of audiences, whoever they were, and even if they were sometimes openly hostile. Even artists who took an extreme posture, probably actually more radical than what SJWs do (they are mostly pro-corporate whores), would be willing and even eager to engage any audience. (Even if in at least one case, it was by Ice-T charging the crowd and beating the shit out of someone before the band was attacked by the mob.)

"Noname" the music performer, huh? Yeah, that's actually incredibly apt. Does she not realize that "no name" is basically a synonym for generic or low-quality? Let me guess, she didn't know that cuz she was raised upper middle class and never had to eat the no-name brand crap lots of poor white kids who maybe fill her pockets buying her albums had to put up with.

I get so tired of the race race race thing. You know what's the difference between a poor white kid in West Virginia and a poor black kid in the inner city in Chicago? One of those two is going to have sympathy from the system. There are going to be all kinds of scholarships and things. When they go out to try and get a job someone will be afraid to hire one over the other for fear of being perceived as racist.

So yeah "institutional racism" is definitely still a big thing, but it affects poor folks more than "this race, that race" and considering how the system is rigging itself against the poor white trash kids from the start it's like their aim isn't to get rid of institutional racism so much as make the institute a different kind of racist.
