I'm more interested in her view of what "rights" Lucas is being denied.
Literally everything Lucas has is either thanks to Christians (that he constantly insults) or government welfare.
I'd be horrified if Lucas gave his "I NEED A WOMAN GIVE IT TO ME NOW NOW RIGHT NOW!" rant and Mama Werner was just like "Yeah sure maybe Bernie can do that for you *snicker snicker*".

Lucas demands that everybody else "prove" that they're a Christian or an atheist or a socialist, but Lucas's only defense against the accusation he's a misogynist is that he posts feminist memes on Facebook and "Why would a misogynist do that??!"
He's okay with Warren being President and that's supposed to make up for the fact that he demands the government force a woman to be his wife as part of a telomere-based social program.
He's so objective in this idea that "evidence is all that matters", but he's too stupid to realize evidence varies in strength and relevance, and some evidence outweighs other evidence.

That aside, he's claiming that he would date a Republican woman after making it clear he hates Republicans "if she's nice".
That's just an abusive relationship, you moldy eggman, just you insulting her ideas and beliefs while she's never able to say anything bad about you.

During the Corrina affair it came out that Lucas doesn't want his girlfriend/wife to have straight male friends. Gay guys are ok. She would have to stop any friendship with straight guys. Like you said "being nice" is doing what Lucas wants. He even said it wouldn't matter how many years they've been married, she "disrespects" him /aka is not nice to him she is gone. IRL he is powerless, so having a "nice" girlfriend/wife" gives him the opportunity to have the power he so much wants, the power to control. Like having the block button he can use on her as he wants.

Seriously, WHY does this man think women can’t afford food? We can afford food, Lucas. Quite a lot of us can afford to eat at very expensive restaurants if we choose. We have careers, unlike you. Even the average 18-24 yr old woman has a job.

To nobody's surprise (except maybe Lucas'), they're not fake. At first I thought maybe he had a canned reply to send whenever anyone emails him about Lucas but he did add a bit on the end addressing the mention I'd made suggesting he try taking some kind of legal action to make Lucas knock it off.

I bet even the tiniest hint of legal action would either get him to stop or send him into a tailspin that lands straight into an involuntary psych hold again. Can definitely see where Dan Eisenberg is coming from not wanting to draw more attention to Lucas' 'ideas', though I suspect he isn't entirely aware of the fact that nobody but Lucas buys into Lucas' ideas.

When I replied to him I did suggest that he might try a cease and desist if he didn't want to make a public statement or contact Lucas privately (or if contacting Lucas privately didn't work) as that'd probably be enough to scare him into not name dropping or referencing those papers anymore.

I feel kind of bad for Dan Eisenberg, it's got to be a frustrating and embarrassing situation to have a creep like Lucas be constantly name dropping you and your research to try and convince people they "deserve" a younger girlfriend. That kind of thing can mess with someone's professional reputation and he's got the added bonus of having to be very careful about how he deals with the situation so he doesn't inadvertently mess his own reputation up in the process.

On the other hand I know I'd want to distance myself as loudly and completely as possible if someone like Lucas were misusing and misinterpreting my research to justify why he deserves to knock up a teenager.

I really hope he takes the small amount of time it would take to get a lawyer to slap Lucas with a cease and desist though.

Not sure legal action is needed. Watching recent video of Lucas walking down an alley having to stop every ten feet out of breath and continue muttering to himself is so telling. Nature is handling this blight better than the law can.
