Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Wings go out of his way once to try to get DSP onto Painkiller Already, but he bitched out of it and played sick? Did Wings hatefuck his girlfriend or something? It wasn't PKA it was Wings' own podcast creatively called "The Podcast Show" I gave some information in a previous post I'll quote below. Kinda funny that my bold prediction that any interview DSP gave would be a hugbox came true with the Quartering.

The Drunken Peasants invitation reminded me of the time DSP was scheduled to go on Jordie Jordan's podcast back on January 15 2015 and Philip didn't have to spine to say he wouldn't do it instead offering up a child's excuse of "I'm sick" on the 12th despite the fact he put out "gameplay" footage with his god awful commentary on the 13th 15th and some KOgaming video on the 14th. Phil really has a very unique life situation.

I think a big reason for that is that "trolls" and "haters" are all he and Khet have to talk about anymore outside of small talk/food/errands. On the introduction video last year they barely had anything to say and kept going back to and dwelling on trolls, especially Kat. There were those two odd IRL/Q&A streams that folliwed where they seemed tipsy but a little more human, then the infamous Halloween stream where Kat was again silent/awkward and went out of her way to read the chat (despite Phil's weak attempts to "sanitize" it by selecting boring compliments, etc) and especially with Phil feeding her the pahsitive comments aloud, she obviously was more interested in the trolling.

Its been said here before, but I think she learned and experienced everything Phil had to offer in the first week or so in WA, if not the visits before she ever moved out there, and since he's devoid of any personality and basically stopped living in the real world around 2015 or so, "the trolls" and Phil's twitter feed are all they have to bond over now that the initial "our exes were so terrible. We did nothing wrong, we did everything correct! Its like we're...soulmates" rebound/honeymoon period is long over. It harkens back to Phil's proclamation in early 2018 that "once she gets here the trolling will be OK because what we go through we will go through together" (paraphrasing from memory) and he likely uses the "us vs. them" cult tactics on her, too.

I think Jasper was a band-aid as Phil would say, and even admitted he provided "mental support/relief" during their 2017 money woes, but I think he was just as much an ice breaker/conversation piece to give them something to talk about and Kat some actual company she enjoys.

TL;DR - Trolls and twitter drama are all that our favorite real adult married couple have left to talk about besides whatever Jasper got into/Phil's complaints, the groceries and meal plans and whatever is on the TV the little time they likely spend together.

a few months ago he replied to those contributions with dont talk about/talk shit about other content creators, to pretending he didnt know what the context to the memes were and asking about them, to now loudly reading the message in his clown voice and fake laughing.



this made me think about how a lot of the wings memes come from when he was severely depressed and having a mental breakdown, phil claims from experience how fucked up your mental state can be but openly mocks a guy and kicks him in his down moments. while thinking about this i gave phil the benefit of the doubt and maybe not knowing the context, but nope. when he was asking for context on the memes someone explained how wings started crying on stream and phil replied saying basically : "Wow dood i've done a lot of things on stream before but crying jeez mana he cried? wow......"

this anecdote i may be getting mixed up but i also swear i recall in the last few weeks someone grilling dsp on fund allocations/asking him how content creators can be trusted and he basically replied how all his money just goes to bills unlike those other people who lie about cars and surgeries.

the thing is it probably makes him feel so good when he sees those messages because for just a moment he's not the absolute joke of the internet in his mind.

in a normal scenario between normal people this is largely over critical, it can just be banter and taking the piss. the problem here though is that phil can't let other people joke about him / laugh at himself. if another streamer quoted snort burnell phil would instantly write down their name in his death note and call them a toxic braindead shithead. then once they were done being a content creator he would smuggly celebrate

Not sure if anyone else has posted this, but in regards to the video of Phil vs Triforce, Jaha himself commented on DSP's tough guy persona on the recent MrHuth video on it:

One might point to recent $100/stream Tip Goals not have being met. Thus, the D$P household needs these 'Raffle' streams for the 'walking about money' in D$P's wallet come their official Off Day. I point to Minecraft streams being held by D$P the day before an official Off Day unlike most other 'variety streamers' using an alliteration ( Minecraft Monday ) for the reason they play a certain game on a certain day. Granted, the official D$P Off Day has been Tuesday as of late, Minecraft streams were done on the night before the official D$P Off Day when it was not a Tuesday. Thus, I wager that while the lion's share of funds generated might go into the bank account as any other stream, the Tips from the D$P Minecraft Raffle goes toward Off Day spending money to pay for their multiple restaurant meals, entertainment and impulse buying on this special day where D$P leaves the WahKhando.

On a side note: It was brought up that one night D$P had to "go pick Kat up from work". One wonders why? Why did she not take the car to work that day? Did D$P cancel/start late due to having to take her to work a stream this day? How did she get to work? I would like to know the day he said he had to "go pick her up from work" so that these questions might have some answer. What was the reason why he had to go get her from work? Was there one? Had the car been in the shop? If so, had he started late due to having to take her to work? Did he take her to work? One has questions.... TIN FOIL HAT TIME: Did he need to go get her because she was to high to feel safe driving herself home and needed the car back in the garage to go to work the next day? I'm fairly sure most people have either been in this situ having had one to many drinks or been the person being phoned up to come one night/ help them out the following day. It's what folks do. If not, I count myself blessed to have the sort of folks around me that never once did I have to chose between driving impaired or being forced to sleep in my car as I had no other way to get home should I find myself without the money for a taxi ride home: neither of which is a 'safe' option.
