Exactly. Normal people do not have lengthy arrest/mental health hold records. As has been said, Lucas has no concept of a good, normal life. His idea of luxury is a sushi meal. His ideas on cooking would make a goat turn up its nose. He thinks sharing a bathroom with other tenants in an apartment building is normal.

I feel kind of bad for Dan Eisenberg, it's got to be a frustrating and embarrassing situation to have a creep like Lucas be constantly name dropping you and your research to try and convince people they "deserve" a younger girlfriend. On the other hand I know I'd want to distance myself as loudly and completely as possible if someone like Lucas were misusing and misinterpreting my research to justify why he deserves to knock up a teenager.

I really hope he takes the small amount of time it would take to get a lawyer to slap Lucas with a cease and desist though.

I don't think he's gonna do anything. I suggested the C&D as well, and he said it would do more harm than good, in a very terse, short message that made me think he's kind of over this. I was hoping for more too, but let's face it: nothing short of Eisenberg directly knocking on Lucas's door would get him to change; perhaps not even that.

Lucas isn't master of his own faculties: he's driven by appetites, insanity, and damaged ego. Because the telomere business is so central to his positive view of himself, I think it would require a lobotomy to get him to drop it.

He knows he's a loser on some level; the telomeres nonsense gives him the only sense of worth he has.

Can't say I blame the guy for being over it.

The funniest part is all the stuff Lucas claims short telomeres cause describe him perfectly. Dude could be a checklist for the dangers of short telomeres.

Well, it may never get to the legal order stage, but I am thankful both of you took the time to contact Dr. Eisenberg. His response discrediting Lucas is posted here. The insane pedo may deny it all he wants but as we already knew, he is sunk.

Fair point. He DOES seem to think people will pay one shot deals for his signature or pay over $1k for board games he has listed at under $100 on the site he tries to sell them on.

Granted I don’t know much about burgerland but IS his town a backwards place to live? Didn’t seem that way.
 
Lucas is trying to fight back against the negative comments. It is really getting to him. Leave Spokane? Where the hell does he think he can go? He will need to move into tard housing somewhere else. That is no easy task and he would be staying in homeless shelters and under bridges until they got him in somewhere. He does not have the funds to pack all his board games up and hop on a Greyhound bus somewhere else. As much as his social service agency would love to be rid of him they are not going to be able to pass that problem to another agency in another city.

As for professor Eisenberg, the man is a busy research professor doing important work for a very good University. He does not have the desire or the time to take legal action against some exceptional hobo who makes videos on YouTube. Lucas is clearly crazy and I doubt he has convinced anyone about any of the nonsense that he rants about.
