Sorry but that makes no sense. JYB has been recording music for years alongside his VA work. And he still reprises his roles for VA work even if he was focusing more on music. Vic is the same. Vic has been recording music and writing stuff for radio commercial jingles on the side while being a VA over the years. Being a VA (outside of video games) is pretty shit with pay. That’s why they have to pick up other jobs and do con appearances to help pay the bills.

Huh. I misunderstood the context behind Eyeshine then. My b, I've always seen the one-and-done efforts by other VAs. I knew that Vic did gospel/worship and production music outside of his VA stuff, but I assumed that it was a side gig for him.

Regardless, good to hear the man back in the saddle. I was kind of hoping Steve Blum would be the one replacing Vic among the majority of his 'raspy smoker voice' roles, and I kinda wanted him for Broly, too, but I take what I can get. JYB's talented, he'll serve the character well.

Steve is too OP for them now. Not to mention how jealous these cunts can be.
