She does look Downsie as fuck, but I think that's just her face, and the effects of obesity on her existing eye shape, and general figure, or lack thereof.

The chick in the first pic needs to put on a bra, as already mentioned. That is one nasty, unfortunate look she's got going on there. Again with this choosing the most unflattering look they can thing, that seems to be standard operating practice with these people. A decent bra would at least give her the impression of having a waist. I don't want to hear how bras are so uncomfortable either. If they are, it's because you are wearing the wrong size. Get measured correctly and try on multiple brands and styles until you find one that is comfortable and supportive and buy multiples in that style. I'm not sure how schlepping a couple of swinging pendulous, to-the-waist hams on your chest isn't more painful though. It's certainly a painfully unpleasant look.

I investigated and AnneandKathleen isn't Downs, but she is an amputee and has a leg prosthetic thing ... which makes it even weirder to maintain that huge bulk as the pressure on her stump must be excruciating and lead to constant problems and sores.

The queeringqueering hanging hams beast is an enby and lists her pronouns as 'they'them' and is just even more horrifyingly unaesthetic and unwashed-looking in other pictures.

Yeah, I purposely didn't post any pictures showing her prosthetic leg because I'm certainly not mocking her disability. I'm laughing at her overall hideous "style," Bruce Vilanch-like derpy appearance, and idiotic commitment to staying as fat as possible when her body is already imbalanced and vulnerable. The lump is where the prosthetic meets the fat:

So, she wants to change society's idea of beauty so it's not based on looks but on inner qualities. Hahaha. Of course, it's fairly obvious that she thinks she would then win the beauty competition for all time. It's like the poster here earlier said, this is all about wanting to be told you're a pretty, pretty if not the prettiest princess and being salty that you're basically not. They're so narcissistic that they refuse to accept this and the whole movement is just a fruitless exercise in trying to move the goalposts in one way or another, either pretending being a BMI of 60 is hot as fuck or like this one, trying to abolish all recognition of physical beauty at all.

Anyway, society already has a concept of inner beauty. We have a concept of outer beauty too, and it's not going anywhere because we are physical creatures whose survival as a species depends on raw physical attraction. Don't like it, tough. Herd us all into re-education camps and bombard us with subliminal images of Tess with her kit off alongside the word 'beauty' and everyone will still instinctively recognise who the more physically attractive people in any group are and it won't be the hugely overweight ones. You're not going to change a million years of hardwiring with this bullshit.
