Now, I don't want to overreact here but aside from the Constitutionality of this action it is clear witness intimidation on the part of Schiff and his insurgents. This is a loud and clear: We don't need warrants or probable cause. If we want you we're going to get you.

Hey, neat! So if this is actually true and they've really gone fishing for evidence without bothering with search warrants or due process, if they ever try anything so stupid as to prosecute Trump after he leaves office and any of that evidence is needed, it can't be used because it's tainted. He'll be able to get it tossed because it was obtained illegally and isn't admissible.

They definitely went after the records. I've seen nothing about them obtaining warrants so I threw that in there which I think is pretty safe.

They'll probably attempt to claim it all stems from the fact that they are investigating a totally legitimate case and have unlimited power because they are congress.

The desperation before the IG report release is palpable.

I'm embarrassed to say this since I've been trying to keep track of all the democrat primaries shenanigans, but apparently I missed out on this. I've heard about Tulsi "destroying" Harris during at least two of the debates but never heard (or saw) what actually happened. Are there any quotes (or clips) handy?

Basically, she decided to hit Harris on her record as a DA as hard as she goddamn could in the second Democratic debate, fully using her only about 6-8 minutes while cunts like Warren and Senile Joe got double to triple that to do this when she realized the rig. Here's some quotes:

“[Harris] put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when asked if she ever smoked Marijuana”
“ [Harris] blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the court’s forced her to do so”,
“[Harris] kept people in prisons beyond their sentences to use them as cheap labor for the state of California”
“[Harris] fought to keep the cash bail system in place that impacts poor people in the worst kind of way”.
