It's not like Nick is the only one getting bar complaints. Probably there's one for every other lawsuit in existence so they probably just spend 5 minutes reading this and have a generic copy and paste template they use to respond. If anything, they probably find it amusing and laugh at some random nobody filing this stuff. I wonder if Nick could eventually get one on the show but that might not be allowed due to Nick being a Minnesota lawyer.

I would say if there was one that would have been interested, but cannot due to conflict of interest, then maybe they know one working in another state that has similar policies to Minnesota that can be interviewed. That way there is no real conflict of interest AND we can get a, somewhat, accurate idea of how the process truly goes.

Vic won't have to pay them till appeals, he will have to do a bond though. It's assumed (due to being protected) Ron is not happy with his bill Lemonaids ran up and no one is really helping him on that front except Nick, so that advice is going to get ignored.

Appeals court first. Not only does the appeal deal with Vic paying anything (e.g. if everything gets overturned he doesn't pay), and even then the judgment amounts can themselves be appealed.

ahh good to know, much appreciated guys. I was following this when it all first began but the constant storm of youtube videos was annoying enough but Nick would stream in the late night hours so it was impossible to watch half the time. Eventually I decided to let it go for my peace of mind.

I do hope this goes well for vic cause the twatter flakes would generate so much salt it could be used as an energy source.

No, I've known for a while.
The ISWV crowd is pretty hopeless on their own but KV isn't much better, just knows how to hide it better behind the guise of everyone deciding to agree on the same things.

But the bigger point I was trying to make is they'll continue to be exceptional even when there isn't anything to be exceptional about.

I wouldn't say that, while this true for a number of them. A lot these people are more "victims dragged into a fight they never asked for" and actually are bothered with the state of affairs of community/fandom in that's connected to social media, I think Nick put it best. Social Media are the "Town Squares" of the internet. Many people of different walks of life and professions frequent it. The issue here is Kickvic cause they are the ones still keeping this going. Basically it's a case of "if kickvic just shut up and stop poking the bees' nest" things would start to calm down more.

This situation is like a wildfire or a town on fire type of situation for these people. Understandably people are going to be a little frustrated, angry, depressed, etc. Once these take hold of a person, rationality takes more of the passenger seat to emotional. While it is entertaining to watch, at the same time, it's kind of sad really. Cause until it burns itself out, these iswv people can't do anything to try and start to rebuild solely because of Kickvic still being around adding more and more fuel to the fire.

EDIT:Also admittedly without Nick, Vic would be six feet under tier of unpersoned. Nick gave the iswv people a channel/path to help Vic.
