Yeah, I can confirm that. Dogs will purposefully go through the garbage and tear apart tampons and pads. The smell is interesting to them, I mean they are carnivores so I’m sure the scent of concentrated blood is very strong to them. So I believe her story, at least to explain the dog’s behavior.
