It's probably a camping toilet, basically a lightweight, two-part plastic bin that looks a lot like a child's potty. The seat is on top, a flap is opened and one does their biz, a small water pump flushes it down, where it is stored in the lower base compartment. These have to be cleaned pretty frequently (duh) and tend to stink if neglected or used for a long time. I have a feeling Amy doesn't clean hers as frequently as she should.
He's egyptian, I doubt she smells much worse than what he's used to. Its pretty common for people in those cultures to wear a shitton of cologne to mask body odor. He likely has so much axe body spray or whatever stank on he can't smell a thing. Between them and the skunk (whose feces would reflect the all hotdog/chicken strip diet) their place must reek. I feel sorry for those poor kids.A green card can't be worth this surely, even just the 'imagine the smell' aspect alone.

Yeah, it doesnt surprise me. Her feet seem to have some type of deformity. They are very similar to pig trotters. I watched a video recently during which she got out of the porta potty van to check the mail after going shopping at the dollar tree and it appeared that she wore slippers out for her shopping trip.
Foot problems are really common in the obese. You can see one sort in Tess Holliday's thread--as she gets fatter, her big toes separate from the rest of her toes, a la cloven hooves.
