It’s the entire Purpose of the Texas Defamation Mitigation Act letters. Take it down, and or issue a clarifying statement.

Its the letters BHBC sent before the lawsuit to all defendants, identifying the defamatory statements, and to get it sorted.

Funi keep saying they didn’t “mean” to defame Vic, so why didn’t they comply with the TDMA then? They had 9 months.

Ty did bring it up at the TCPA hearing, but Chupp...
But don't worry, the TDMA gave us "piece of shit" lolololol what an incompetent lawyer Ty is!

What's that, he has a diversified income and isn't reliant on a single, poorly-paying den of degeneracy in Texas for his entire livelihood? He can't do that! It's not fair to wamens and victims!

Shit niggas, that was quick. ISWV are gunning for that cunt.

Lmfao she's a fucking idiot.
"Hurr durr here I am ban evading and announcing it to everyone."
If she had even a fraction of a brain left in that vast empty space inside her head, she woulda took the time to lay low and at least try to act like a different person. But no, unsurprisingly, there she is once again demonstrating that her IQ level is equivalent to roadkill.

Great idea to start a Twitter ban war. Who could have predicted it might backfire?

just like in monicas tweet right here, monica said in her deposition that she did not mean to call vic the literal definition of harassment and it was a worded weirdly by accident right after she tweeted this. she could have deleted that tweet or corrected it at any time. but she didnt...

Not to mention she made a point in her depo to say she'll delete tweets if she notices a spelling error to fix and repost it. Has anyone seen replies to it to indicate she was referring to Vic? I'm sure some folks would mention it and I doubt she'd resist the bait.

Jesus Christ, shut the fuck up, don't you have more babydick Goku to look at?
There is only so much shota hentai, and I am sure she's seen it all.

For people who won, a lot of shit seems to have gone downhill after that victory.

Edit:

Marzgurl get's BTFO'd and we get to see Lemoine get BTFO'd.

Also Rooster Teeth closed their Australia store.

Sit back and enjoy the bonfire.

Ohohohohoho! Rooster Teeth have fucked up so much this year. I sometimes forget just how satisfying it is to watch these fuckers

Kyle McCarley is KickVic? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
He voices best murder psycho boy 9S if you want to understand my despair. This hurts as much as the time I found out DC Dickless voiced Pod 042. Goddammit, at least I've gotten used to hearing the Japanese VAs...

What do you expect, at this point given the current political landscape, it's better to not trust any any VA until confirm themselves to be KV or ISWV,

I found this interview with Vic from 2016 on a christian website a while ago, but never got around to uploading it here. I thought this interview was interesting, since Vic gets political here. Well, more political than usual. Surprise: He's conservative. He still preaches kindness and peace, even when it comes to politics.

The audio doesn't work.

Looks like they were mostly trying to remain neutral. They decided against publishing an article about the allegations and they only asked for people's opinions (they linked to the ANN trashfire of an article, though). Comments seem to be more or less in support of the allegations.

Then they posted this recently, after not mentioning Vic for months.

Pretty strange that the only other thing they decided to mention on their page when it comes to the lawsuit were the fees ordered by Chupp. Not that the defendants asked for a significantly higher amount of money, not that Vic can still appeal (and already has done so), not all the other dumb bullshit happening (like the fake swatting), just the amount of money Vic now has to pay.

The comments were mostly anti Vic, but I found a doozy among them (which was liked by Beneath the Tangles).

The second comment was liked by them. Likening Vic to Jim Jones doesn't seem very...appropriate.

Sure, the comments are funny, because they repeat dumb and plain wrong stuff that we've already heard ("Vic admitted to pulling Jamie's hair!!!"), but the description of Joshua's profile fucking killed me.

Sorry for the excursion. Figured there was nothing else going on, so I could some random stuff in here.

Archive.fo won't let me archive the FB pages right now.

At this point I don't think Rooster Teeth has a way to rebuild trust with its fans. At least none that would be palatable to them.

Rehiring Vic would be blatent pandering due to economic issues. Firing Miles and Kerry won't help bring in new subscriptions even if someone can fix RWBY to satisfy those fans that demand such a thing.

The White knights can keep trying to spin this as "becoming more competitive" but this is contraction on a huge scale. If you hear cracking and splintering in your house, it is most likely collapsing instead of expanding.

Just look back to what the Millenials/snowflakes were taught from birth. Some had the sense to reject the teachings, most did not.

"You're special"
"Don't take no for an answer"
"Always escalate up the chain until you get satisfaction"
"It's all about you (which you cant go a day without some commercial reinforcing)

It's not remotely surprising that given the above, the "Dr. Spock" parenting et all, you end up with SJWs and the subhuman levels of intelligence they display.

I think the era of RT is coming to a close. I don't think they would have survived even if they were still in good standing and hadn't made much mistakes simply because they really don't have the power behind them like they used to and their fandom has devolved into one that cares more about ships and character shit than the company itself.

They would have always had to become a part of something bigger to stay afloat, and eventually they'd no longer be able to maintain independence. The company would continue to get consolidated until they moved production of what shows they did have to their owners' primary production house.

Hell, most companies are consolidating in an attempt to keep up with the demands of the current industry. They never had enough power to stay afloat even on their best day.

It’s funny that a conservative Christian comes off as more accepting and open-minded here than these so-called Democrats on Twitter.

When RT goes down in flames, it will be a day of celebration because fewer entities deserved worse karma than this stupid company.

Rooster Teeth's situation can be boiled down to three words IMO. "Failure of management." Which is a side effect of hiring employees that hate capitalism... and what management there is there trying to herd their cats into getting actual work done in between twitter/facebook outings. Thus incompetent management.

TLDR: Never hire snowflakes. They have no work ethic, business sense or creative ability.

"Herd their cats"
Too soon, bro. Too soon. But that made me chuckle because I've got a morbid sense of humor.

100% agree. Look at all the big name companies recently getting destroyed for being too woke and just hiring the wrong sorts of people. Social media is an excellent tool for networking and marketing but when you put people who make social media their entire lives in charge of engagement, they slowly begin injecting their own opinions and habits into their work.

Since I started my career path in social media engagement I've found that the most successful people are also the people who are able to separate themselves from their brand or online persona. All the people pulling big numbers in engagement to this day are the ones who have maintained their integrity or at the very least masked the business side of things when trying to be 'relatable' (best example of this concept specifically is Jenna Marbles).

But a lot of people who go into any media venture with their heart on their sleeve end up flying too close to the sun and crashing and burning because they can't separate themselves and think about what their own actions are doing to the brand they represent.

And when they got those statements, they focused on Ty saying that Vic wasn't the literal definition of excrement. Even if there was a hidden point Ty was trying to make there, that was probably the telltale sign that they weren't taking this seriously.

Gen Lock was their shot to become more competitive. It didn't work.

Honestly, RT always had a bit of a problem because RWBY was their moneymaker and they didn't have much else to get people invested. What else was there? Docs? All those podcasts? The Zombie of RVB? After Gen Lock bombed, they're more latched onto RWBY than they ever were?
