I don't understand what she's spouting here. That Facebook post about photoshopping hasn't been brought up for a long time... I honestly haven't heard about what she's talking about really. I'm don't get why she's being so skeptical of random accusations now. I thought she was a "listen and believe" type anyway. How are you supposed to know who is really who on the internet? I think they've earned their bans but I don't care either way if they have a platform or not.

Quick Google search; Texas stand your ground laws include public spheres, but the defense only works on the grounds that you didn't provoke the attacker and you aren't yourself breaking the law by standing your ground. Keep in mind, if the "attacker" doesn't pose an immediate threat (ie someone calls you a shoe-eating cunt, you can't shoot them because they aren't a threat to you) or retreat.
