Bad Plastic Surgery - all the pics

And is this easily reversible, or will it permanently fuck up your lips like that?
Barring infection or allergic complications, it's easily reversible. Lip fillers use hyaluronic acid for temporary filling of lines and lip enhancement and is gradually absorbed into the tissue. It can also be removed using an enzyme called hyaluronidase that will quickly break down the hyaluronic acid.

In Russia it seems lipfillers are used not only to add volume but also to add definition to the Cupid's bow. Like too much definition to the point it looks v uncanny valley.

I think this is how this developed. First by ultra defining the shape of the Cupid's bow, then it evolved into changing the shape completely.

I can't imagine that these things don't have a high chance of going wrong, even in a sterile setting with a real doctor (this thread is proof of that). And is this easily reversible, or will it permanently fuck up your lips like that?

Well the most commonly used fillers are temporary, your body will break most of them down thus decreasing the size of your lips over time. However it is possible to get scar tissue which can disfigure and change the texture of your lips.
Liquid silicone, on the other hand, is forever (as well as being not FDA-approved for cosmetic use). There are a whole litany of complications to be had here; ranging from a little bleeding and infections, to hardening of the surrounding tissue causing pain or the silicone travelling, even being known to get into the bloodstream, sometimes killing people.

Yeah, I know about how horrible liquid silicone is and that some people just don't realize that it's illegal for a reason. I would like to add though that because it's not encased in anything it latches directly onto the surrounding tissue and the only way to remove it is to cut away the tissue it's attached to. I hope that the guy who isn't a doctor isn't doing anything that'll cause their lips to be hacked away in the future.

The bigger issue with silicone injections is that it tends to migrate, which can lead to serious auto-immune issues and death. Check out the Dylan Hafertepen thread if you want to fall down a depraved rabbit hole of death by silicone.

I followed his thread closely when it was fairly new, but I had to stop because of how depressing it was.

Do the patients or surgeons involved in these nose jobs ever stop to consider whether they've ever met a real person with a nose you could stare straight into at eye level? Why the hell would you want nostrils at that angle? I wonder if they choke in the shower, since they've basically turned their nose into a fucking storm drain.

Most of the really horrific stuff you see is the result of surgery tourism to third world countries where the surgeons have very little if any formal medical education.

That's what I mean though like... You don't have to have a formal medical education to know that you should not be able to toss peas into someone's nostrils from above them. It's like they have never even stopped to look at a human.

Maybe it's like when you try to wing your eyeliner and keep having to fix it until you end up like late stage winehouse...

Agreed. Check out this failed Brazilian buttlift done by a Mexican "doctor". Viewer discretion is advised, obviously.
