It was pretty much two videos of them not playing games with them joking about how they’re incapable of playing these games. Then, a third video of them on the ‘hunt’ for unearthing a game that was broken like the other games. But this one is special

At the end of the third video, Arin talks to a friend who says they got the game working but it’ll need people to betatest it. Arin ends the video saying how he’ll get the game working so people could play it.
The fourth video is the trailer for the GameGrumps game.

It’s three videos designed to be advertisement without disclosing itself as an advertisement

Shit's apparently hitting the fan right quick: someone in the Game Grumps Private Discord (the same one you have to pay to get in mind you) told everyone in there about people on RantGrumps saying that were allegedly reporting Grumps to the FTC for fraudulent and misleading advertisement to minors (or at least those people saying they were going to), and Allie had to step in once again in lieu of Arin to make her/their/the company's points known to the Lovelies masses. This was one of her announcements in the Discord according to the r/RantGrumps post accompanying this influx of information.

Needless to say, people are incredibly pissed that she's basically handwaving all criticism as "HARASSMENT AT THE GODLY GRUMPS ABOVE" and people are confused as to how exactly anonymous FTC reports about a misleading advertisement case qualifies as harassment in any capacity.

What was his thought process here!? "I know! I'll make myself look like a jerk that's bitter towards my mother! That'll sell our book!". This is my first time hearing about this book but people on the main sub have pointed out that not only was this book already announced back in August but apparently this uncle doesn't even exist so I don't know what the fuck's going on here.

I'm calling it now, they wanted to pull a GMM and publish a book, but I bet there was a ghost writer involved. There's no way I can believe Arin wrote a whole book on his own volition without talking about it to jerk himself off. The whole out of the blue aspect reeks of foul play.
