Stop living on social media, and simply call, or go to the police; if you're too afraid try getting a friend, or family member to help. You don't even need to fully confide in them, they just need to be with you to help get over that hurdle and open up to the authorities.

Cops, FBI, hospital staff, and support lines; they all care, and They will NOT tolerate assaulters, and pedos.
Let the justice system deal with them, and then let the inmates in prison have their go at the offenders also. If there's one subset that'll give them justice, it's other prison inmates.
