I don't think it would ever happen tbh, Shane was harassed by Grug several times over the years... and giving that creep any satisfaction by even mentioning him is not worth it in Shanes opinion. During his series, Shane even bleeped out his name. plus let's be real, Shanes probably living his best life with his conspiracy palette money, why ruin that with Greg?

on the flip side tho it would be interesting to watch what Shane would come up with IF he went down that road

Frederick has already declined to cover Onision. He says that Greg has no arc and therefore wouldn't be interesting. Greg has done the same thing over and over for years, so a rabbit hole video would essentially be repeating: Greg is arrogant, Greg does something inappropriate/illegal, Greg pretends to be the victim, rinse, repeat.

In a way, he's right. Even compared to someone like Wings of Redemption, Greg has little to offer in terms of a long narrative. The only things that have changed in his life are the names of the girls he exploited and the places where he did it. He's the same lolrandom asshole he was in 2009, making the same videos, trying to screw and then screw over alt.girls. But even if things are repetitive, the actual details are still very interesting. Why he left the military, how he destroyed a young pop star's career and tried to destroy Al Jourgenson from Ministry with sexual abuse accusations, the IRS, the loss of money, the wetlands, and his other antics are sort of similar in the hubris and ridiculousness but are still interesting and infuriating. Maybe he'll change his mind but Frederick seems uninterested at the moment.

I think he also said he’s just plain repulsed by Greg? I wouldn’t want to make a heavily researched deep-dive video about OrlyScion either - it would be so mentally draining. Better off making videos on much more interesting and obscure topics.

I feel like this is where things start falling apart, Hansen is running out of people of interest and things really did start getting wide spread. The next interview is going to be the most viewed because of the Defranco video, and it isn't going to be with anyone interesting- Any interest is immediately going to be lost if the normies tune in for the first time and the dude is completely unrelated to what's going on. Sure, Onision has a lot of victims but Hansen's gone through the ones willing to speak up about it, there's not much to say that hasn't already been said unless there's a new victim willing to come forward. Who know's, maybe it's time for them to summarize everything Onision has done so that newbs don't have to wade through every reaction video people put out on him, but I feel like Hansen could easily get a timeline together from everyone, at worst have like a group interview of all the "e-celebs" so they can get their opinions out and then avoid them like the plague because fuck them.

The Canadian government and law enforcement work quite well with the US, if he's got US contacts he may as well have Canadian ones so long as his contacts aren't exclusively local (which I'm pretty sure his aren't but on a more federal level). The RCMP has a lot of contact with whatever the equivalent USA branch would be (currently forgetting which one it is) and has both helped and been helped by them

Honestly anything but getting more useless characters talking about Onision would be fantastic. Bonus points if it leads to Yaniv finally going down. Unless Chris is interviewing Alicia, Skye, Adrienne, or some other one of his exes there's no point. With the maybe exception of Cyr, he's known Greg the longest and was basically treated like a slightly less abused girlfriend half the time anyways

Eugenia isn't going to be interviewed she's got a lot going on with her mom and she didn't mention him at all in Shane Dawson's "documentary"
