The thing with UTIs is that generally, male bodies are much less likely to contract them due to the length of the tract - if you're a guy, they're basically something you shouldn't consider unless you're seriously ill, suffering from a very specific type of condition, or just plain filthy, since the exit of the excretory system is some distance away from the exit of the digestive system, and the fact that the kidneys are obviously even further away, thus preventing the former from being colonised by pathogens from the latter in most cases.
The fact that Chris gets them is essentially a testament to his bad hygiene practices, and spells bad news if he's regularly getting infections there, since they'll probably begin spreading upwards towards the kidneys.
