She just gets off on abusing people and forcing them to grovel. She's on a power trip. This has nothing to do with fat. Guaranteed, she'd do this on any forum. She'd be the knitter that thinks unless you are using hand spun, hand dyed, fair trade wool from small, independent knitting shops you aren't a purist and your work isn't valid. I've seen people like her in all sorts of places. They are always right and you are always wrong and they rule the board with fear like a ruthless dictator.
Mostly because on real life, they have no power. So they lash out anywhere they feel safe to do so.

There are a million of her in this world and they are all miserable to be around.

also, Facebook is literally overflowing with wild free range obesity m.ilks for anyone who can join the pro fat groups. Most have a membership requirement of being fat and not a “cis” man so a burner account is going to be a necessity for most would be farmers.

FeR fuck’s sake. Although this goes right to my previous post of how all insular fb groups like this eventually die or splinter. We’re at the “high mod turnover, wrongthink expunging and new, even stricter rules for what can and can’t be said, to maintain ideological purity” step. I believe the next part in the script is for Krysta to say fuck it and make her own fat feminism tankie group, with blackjack and hookers, and welcome in all the members who got the boot from the first group.

Or those health problems can be explained by eating as many calories in a day as I would eat in a week. Do they not understand that a pizza from lets say Dominos, is not one meal for a normal sized person. For me that's dinner, and lunch for the next day followed by something light for dinner because I had fucking pizza for lunch.
 
Most diets don't work because people go back to their old eating habits after they "finish" their diet. I'd agree that "diet culture" isn't helpful. Because they are thinking about it all wrong. It is a lifestyle change, not a diet they need. And while some people may have medical issues that cause them to have a slower metabolism or be unable to get enough physical activity, the vast majority of people are just lazy and eat too much. Even people with those things can still lose, it might just go more slowly for them.

If you don't love yourself enough to take care of your own body, you should fix that first before you worry about being loved by other people.
 
Ok Fat by Jen has virtually stopped dieting so I'm proclaiming her as Fat Acceptance by proxy. She has her man and she doesn't care! 2 days ago, she proclaimed they were backing off from videos, that it was her therapist who suggested it because it was too harsh for poor her. Yesterday, they're BACK and they're going to make ANOTHER channel! They're having a giveaway, a picture drawn by Gin Gene, for the winner who names it. Don't miss this one!
 
I think she needs to hear this, you don't have to pay anyone to eat less food. WW, Jenny Craig, meal delivery services. You can lose weight without "the diet industry ™". It's just called eating less food.

Yep, and you can eat less food by:

- conscious portion control
- cutting out crazy calorifically dense junk foods
- substituting vegetables for all the simple carby crap you used to pile on your plate alongside your proteins
- not drowning salads in hundreds of calories of creamy, sweetened, calorific dressings
- substituting complex carbohydrates for the simple carbs ... brown rice for white, wholemeal pasta for white (but still using portion control, weigh that shit out) it's hard to eat as much of the complex carbs as you would the simple ones as they are fibrous and they satiate you, as well as not spiking blood sugar, so you eat less of them when you eat them
- be conscious about not eating because you are bored or stressed instead of actually hungry
- not buying and keeping endless 'snacks' in the house .. if you have to cook when you want to eat, you are going to eat a lot less overall than if you have endless bags of crap around to dive into as and when

There are lots of ways to substantially EAT LESS, and do it sustainably. The point is creating new habits, better habits in place of the old ones that made you fat.

Basically shut up Krysta, you fat failure. All the fucking 'education' and you can't understand and apply basic science, human psychology or the most basic knowledge about food.

Don't FA's ever get tired of telling others that they can't lose weight? It always comes down to the "95% of diets don't work" line. Do FA's ever feel bad for telling others to just give up?

Nah, they actively want others to be as fat as they are, I think. Reduces the competition if every woman (and this is all about women, they're never lecturing fat men about not losing weight) is as lardy as they are. Also others failing to lose or sustain weight loss validates their own failure. Someone who loses and keeps it off and is happy, and healthier and says so is anaethema to them as it points to their own misery and failure.
 
Diets DO work.
DIETS are meant to be a method to get healthy, not a way to continue to be healthy.
The very fact they say diets don't work because people regain the weight after; is proving the point that DIETS do WORK. They lost the excess weight didnt they?
They are not meant to be sustainable. They are supposed to help teach you that you don't need as much food or as much calorie dense food as you think.
Its meant to be transitional, the means to an end. Its a tool.

And further to everyone else's point on here, JUST EAT LESS.

Well yes, if you are eating enough to feed a family of 4, you are going to gain weight.

I also love the whole IG post about calories in and out not being a valid method for weightloss.

Anyone else remember the fatty who claimed every time she goes to Wally World, people would snatch all her healthy food she put in her scooty puff basket and replace it with Oreos and potato chips? It was posted a few years ago in this thread but I can't find it.

Those plaid sets only go up to XXL.....Thinking that towel is to hide the fact that shes got on a fake one....Disney tends to size small so if it is real does it include a dimensional portal to hide the extra fat?
If you look closely, that's not a towel, she's wearing a buffalo plaid robe over the Disney pajamas. It may well be black and red, but the color of the robe is photographing differently than the pjs, making it looks dark green and red vs. black and red pajamas. At the very least, she probably looks horrible squeezed into that adult onesie and wanted to cover up, but my bet is she sliced it up the backside to fit into it.

As far as that being her family, that is her niece and nephew (the blond ones). One of the women is her brother's ex-wife (she has referred to her as her "sister" in videos before, but Anna's only sister is dead. From poking around, it seems her "sister" left Anna's brother and moved the kids from Ohio to Texas.) Idk who the other chick is. Maybe her SIL's new girlfriend? I vaguely recall her referring to her "sister" being gay and having a partner.

100% of people who say this are lying, consciously, through their teeth. While it may be possible theoretically to eat only fruit and veg and not only maintain a huge bulk but ADD to it (in other words eat a calorific excess) it's improbable that anyone would do it, because the amount of fruit and veg needed to do it would take hours and hours to chew and - more to the point - the fibre would fill them up long before they got anywhere near even maintainance calories.

OK, you could do it it you ate only avocados, maybe, the most calorifically dense fruit out there, but most fruits and certainly veg are fibrous, full of water and pretty low calorie.

As we all know, pretty much anyone who gets to superfat status does it by inhaling calorifically dense, lardy,sugary sludge in large, inhuman portions, multiple times a day.
