Deposing might be a bit difficult with the whole 150-mile thing (see the difficulty in deposing Nick and Slatosch, among other reasons). but if it gets to trial, Vic has the right to confront his accuser, which means unless MoRon ditch Manjawlo like the hot garbage she is, she'll be crossed.
