It came across to me as totally fake. I mean, mom looks like she is a FtM herself (or maybe just a butch lesbian). I'm wondering if this was a contrived situation so Dr. Phil would have a way to promote that parents need to support their transgender kids. If you got a parent who was absolutely against transition and ashamed of their kid, they wouldn't in the space of a few minutes admit that they thought his transgenderism was real and not a phase as they previously stated. Come on. Real life doesn't work like that.

You would be even more miserable.

Sex when you're a teenager is bad and awkward. I have no idea why it's so mythologized. Teenagers don't know anything about foreplay or what a clitoris is, so it's just the boy awkwardly sawing in and out until he comes like thirty seconds later. For the girl it's uncomfortable at best and painful at worst. Then afterwards the guy humiliates the girl by telling everyone and their dog about it.
A girl I went to high school with got her braces stuck in a guy's pubes when she was blowing him, and our whole grade knew about it. That incident pretty much encapsulates what teenage sex is: bad, humiliating, and generally unpleasurable for girls.

You don't get it. If they were teenage girls they would know how to make sex great. It's not that teen sex is awkward or bad, it's just that people aren't doing it right and they would show the world how it's really done.
