True, but this seemed to mostly work when the judge didnt care about the case. I think at this point if appeals does go through, Chupp will probably be viewing things differently and hopefully Martinez and Hsu will turn this on them by citing examples too. Good for the goose is good for the gander.
edit: plus when he was silent on the matter except to say to spread positivity, they claimed he was inciting fans. When silent on everything, they claimed he was inciting fans by not speaking. I think Vic has come to the realization that nothing he does can be considered the right move, and yes it did seem to work in court and the judge stupidly did believe he was inciting fans. In other words, he has nothing to lose by challenging the defense publicly on their bullshit and probably saw it work somewhat for johnny.
Tell ya one thing though, he is a stronger willed man than I am. I think I would have cracked after a month or 2 and either left social media or started yelling at the defense over social media.I mean falsely being accused of bullshit that everyone KNOWS is bullshit for almost a year and finally saying something minor as a challenge in public(instead of being passive aggressive in jokes)...god damn i cant envy his position.
