Also because ive been locked out of the ability to Talk to Staff or Direct Message for some time now(though you can DM me, I cannot reply). The last request I made was asking a Moderator to update my picture with one that has a santa hat on and a red reindeer nose for the seasonal. That was met with hostility and mockery immediately.

I've had very limited but good experiences with the mods and former mods and have generally found that the golden rule applies to them, as it does with life in general.

Perhaps the issue is poor phrasing that can be interpreted as aggressive or insulting. I am sure you'd be able to get some honest feedback and tips if you were to post the request and response
