Ah, yes--Luke "Ellie" Lockhart. Who, despite voice surgery, FFS, and manhole installation, is still 6'2" with broad man-shoulders and a flabby dadbod. As with all troons, he does not pass at all, and only believes he does through the sheer power of his (literal) autism. If he makes it to Japan, he's pretty much guaranteed to have a meltdown from being constantly "misgendered."
