Some memeIs VOTER a typo for VOTES, a joke that greatest-ally posting will in fact cost very few votes (like one), or some meme I haven't heard?

I feel like the roles are reversed, where now I need the joke explained to me.

I don't understand what the punchline is, besides a guy wants a kiss and gets denied. How does that tie into getting a burger, and why don't they even explain or so much as name the burger in the very commercial for it? There was more time spent setting up the framing device than there was trying to actually sell you something. I feel like an idiot because I'm baffled by a 15 second commercial.
I'm not expecting masterful cinema from a stupid commercial for cheap fast food, but between a non-existent joke and a burger they don't explain nor try to sell, I honestly don't get what this commercial is going for.
This is true, and I say that as a muttShort answer: it isn't funny, it's propaganda.
Long answer:
It's going for pushing woke propaganda, in this case, racemixing.
People sometimes think that only racists are concerned with racemixing, though if you think things through or read relevant studies or have taught a lot of different classes, you know that even if you leave out the biological part, there is a societal cost to being racemixed and therefor, it's not the best thing one can choose for their future kids.
One such cost is that racemixed children tend to be viewed as belonging to the opposite group by both sides and the result is that they tend to be more isolated.
Kids typically have to deal with it by becoming class clowns or finding other outcasts to hang out with. They don't really have as many options socially.
This might be why they have so much higher rates of drug use or alcoholism than non-mixed, or that may be because they're geneticly less responsible (as the less responsible are more likely to racemix), or that may be because of other biological or sociological reasons. We don't really know for sure why they have these worsened life outcomes.
And then there is a consistent push towards racemixing. It is honestly just a propaganda attack on people.

Though despite decades of propaganda, it is actually not very effective. Even people that center their lives on anti-racism are more likely to end up choosing a partner that is genetically similar.
Here is another fun failure. It also verbalizes some parts of the propaganda and just listening to it you can hear that it is a self-contradicting way of viewing things (propaganda).

I don't really see the propaganda angle.
Nor do I get what is wrong with racemixing other than "oh, they're statistically less able". Any proof of the malefactors of race-mixing?

It probably has less to do with the fact that the child is mixed and more to do with people being close-minded.
