Sats in the 60s would be a PaO2 of around 35 mmHg. Essentially summit of Mt. Everest level.

Starts to paint a real interesting picture of what the cause of her attention seeking is. Sounds like someone isn't very happy in her relationship.

Then she just kinda rambles on about her odd and end problems like has to make everyone aware of her bleeding to death uterus, which I feel like if she was really bleeding as much as she says they would have already done something for it besides just offered a birth control patch. And her feeding tube that she apparently hasn't been using or can't use because she needs tpn, moves every time she flushes it cause the "balloon moved". Adds in a lot of pointless info about how she's insecure about her hairy stomach but she really isn't insecure at all guise. Lab study was too hard so instead she put together a questionnaire which got her nowhere but despite no research or tests she's certain it's all caused by a copper deficiency. This sounds like some nonsense you hear on Coast to Coast am.

Yep. Aside from the copper thing, the actual treatment plan she recommends is solid for munchies. She even throws DBT in there (hmm.)

I can assure you, if this patient was a young adult they still wouldn't be taking selfies for the gram. The patients arms and body were so weak it was like moving around a limo dead body and those levels were only sustained for less then a couple minutes while placing the high flow oxygen back onto the patient that they had taken off. The fact that people believe these outrageous claims is unbelievable...

She's got these gorgeous photos of her and her daughter everlee, both are healthy and happy in all three but of course half the photos are her showing off her stretch marks. Now I've never been a mom but I have alot of people I know who are moms and none of them speak so much of the c-section or the pregnancy issues during a 1st year post. It's about the giggles. The milestones the baby has hit, the journey so far. Hers says their journey has only just begun. Mentions her sea section twice and mentions how many stretch marks she got and how she had to have a drain, yep this story is all about how E just turned one, not about how super sick her mom is and how much of a struggle it was and how she's done having kids. Way to make your kids first birthday all about you

But this poor special princess is sad because her kingdom is full of empty medical supply boxes and no one to clean up after her still even with how much she complains. Wants tpn again so speaking with everyone to make it happen (this is translation of course) also makes her husband's broken foot about her which is swell. Complains about her in laws coming to visit which yes I'm sure deep cleaning is a stress for anyone having in laws over but it's the holidays? Makes sure to throw in that she's at a level 8 of pain and moments away from seizing from pain - but I haven't seen pain being a common trigger for seizures

It was always my assumption that they refused to treat just in case the stress/pain of the procedure caused a seizure. I could be wrong and dentists just want to double check that you won't seize in the chair with drills in your mouth lol

According to her recounting, she received the following services/accommodations:
-Special Ed classroom (self contained setting)
-Speech therapy
-Mainstreamed classes (in high school) with a special ed resource class
-Testing accommodations (in the form of additional time)

The first three are services, and are not available to students without an Individual Education Plan, which require some sort of official documentation of a student's learning disability/special needs. A 504 plan can be written for a student with some medical conditions to allow accommodations (for example: extra time for students with ADHD or even with Diabetes, since blood sugar issues can necessitate additional time for testing and whatnot). But services can only be provided through an IEP. She claims that her family never formally acknowledged her learning disability beyond just saying that she was "behind." If this idiot truly was in speech therapy, a self contained classroom, and a resource class, there's absolutely no way that her family (and doctors, etc.) wasn't involved and aware.

Officially calling bullshit on this one.
