YouTube and Twitch have the same guideline.

"Does this video/account/streamer make us money enough to offset any other problem that may arise on account of leaving them on our servers?"

Until people stop paying the kinds of attention to DSP that are profitable, nothing will happen to him. They don't give a shit about how stupid his continued presence makes them look, or what sort of liability he will cause on their behalf as long as they come out in the black in the end.

Youtube and Twitch are different, Twitch makes most of its money from users money. Youtube makes almost all of its money from advertisers.

Advertisers are hilariously skittish over anything controversial at all, a handful of people on twitter can make them remove advertising over bullying or anything silly you care to mention.

The thing to remember about youtube is one or two people can get channels taken down, they don't really self police content. They wait for reports, so if people mass report for "bullying" they will take videos and channels down for it. Whatever side has people willing to report videos has the advantage.

The latest changes to youtube, in theory could take almost every "detractor" channel down, if anyone on his side can be arsed to use the report function. I doubt they will since he keeps saying he doesn't care anymore.

Holy shit. Dave is lashing out at long-time viewer and subscriber Bernielomax, who he apparently banned today because he told DSP he talks about detractors too much.

Of course he just came back from a break and he's not recording for Youtube, so clip incoming.

Listening to this unhinged and toxic rant, you 'd think that user said something outrageous. Well, let's find out...

Here are all the chat lines from this user during today's stream, with the last one being the remark he got banned for:

Lol, what a thin-skinned manbaby to ban someone for that. :story:

-EDIT2- And now of course chat's only talking about this very subject, with DSP getting mad that peepul are trying to derail the stream. What the fuck... He even shouted at theycallmejimbob of all people, one of the most easy going DSP viewers I've ever seen.

Could it be that he again fell for someone pretending to be a banned viewer/supporter, calling him an asshole, just like he did with the fake DJRuno1?

:stress:

That was straight up retarded, he stated what he said was a personal attack and he knew it was not. He says that because he is gaslighting his other users into thinking he attacked him knowing they won't know what he actually said.

Didn't we just go through this last month with him getting trolled into thinking one of his longtime supporters had turned on him?

The honeypot email seems to be a giant blind spot for our boy. Fitting for a boomer in all but age who's still using Hotmail and is too nervous to click on his spam folder.

Twice now in the last two months before yesterday, DJ Runo over the donation for the goose game, then it was OGRascal I believe who had a dupe email claiming he would charge back donations that triggered the bitter denouncing. At least Phil came to realize he needed to qualify the Rascal incident denouncing that it could be a fake email trying to bait him.

I thought he was mentioning the fake OGRascal from November myself, but as stated above, he falls for it so often now it's tough to track without a scoreboard.

Yeah that bitch fit was truly exceptional, he legit considers anything that isn’t blatant ass kissing as an “insult” and his logic is as weak as ever “I only bring up detractors if someone else does” but it’s against chat rules dark...why are you jumping in on a conversation revolving around bannable subjects? He always pretends like he has to acknowledge and respond to stream chatters when they mention detractors instead of just following his own rules and saying we don’t talk about that shit....weird, must be a coincidence

Has this dumbfuck checked his own rules lately?

I'm pretty sure there were times where he brought up his detractors w/o anyone mentioning them (and basically breaking his own rule)

And the stream chat is based around what a streamer talks about, so basically DSP is allowed to bitch about it but people in the stream chat can't without getting banned. Great logic, Phil
He discusses the "detractors" every day whether or not he introduces the topic or someone else does. Anyone who actually suffers through Phil's streams would know that. So him lying about it AND acting like it's a major insult that someone points it out when it's blatantly obvious AND going off on the guy he banned because of a fake email AND just getting fooled by a fake email again AND not apologizing...well, that's DSP. If he ever has to wonder why most people consider him an asshole, that's it in a nutshell. He's a thin-skinned, ill-tempered, humorless, snorting pig to the end.

This whole episode just goes to show how retârded his viewers are. They are only worth the contents of their wallets (or parents’ banks accounts) to him until they dare question him on anything. Then he will simply discard them without a second thought or sense of remorse. As someone once said long ago, you cannot do business with Philip Burnell and come away clean.

It's also the power of the "us vs them" mentality he instills in his audience. What happened yesterday wasn't Phil flipping out because his money was going to be taken away, it was some no good, mentally ill detractor lying to set Phil up to flip out because he thought his money was going to be taken away. Think that is the reason you could lay out every irrefutable piece of evidence proving exactly who Phil is to a die hard fan and they'll brush it all away until they cross that line themselves.

This is that same shit that I brought up in the first reply regarding his last big boomer rant on Jhan Rambo. Ya boy Phil loves to just always mention trolling activities because someone ELSE said it first. That or in the case of the Rambo rant, a question about Wrestling leads to a 30 minute rant on how Rambo is a coward and a snake who only hanged out with DSP for the money and fame(Despite the fact that at the beginning of Jhan and Howard's video regarding DSP they wish him well and hope he makes money and stuff and they aren't really on the internet anymore).

DSP always hides under that umbrella of "I didn't start talking about trolls, some other dipshit was talking about them in stream chat so now I gotta derail the stream and talk about Tevin being a criminal for 40 minutes. Actually he's an ok guy and if he did his own thing I think he'd be a success. Actually he breaks the law and shouldn't be allowed to have a YouTube channel. He hurt mah wife and will get his! (Typical boomer talk about Karma and how he'll be the last one standing)".

I swear to god there's gotta be trolls hiding in his chat asking him random things just to get a 30 minute boomer rant for MrHuth Stuff and Snort Burnell to make videos on (Bless them).

P.S: Since some people were talking about when they started talking about the stupid shit DSP does, I figured I could throw my 2 cents in. I first knew of DSP through his gameplay vids in around 2011 with his playthrough of SpiderMan Shattered Dimensions. I watched only this one playthrough before the quality gave me a headache so I never subscribed or stuck around for shit like his DS1 playthrough. I got reintroduced to him after his video of him jerking off caught traction and started looking at his history, eventually finding the TIHYDP series. After that, I took a break for another 2 years before finding the Down the Rabbit Hole video and subsiquent troll channels filled my feed so I kept watching. Eventually I found the farms and made an account in early 2019, made a few posts, said something autistic in the Momokun forum and came back for the 2K cat reveal and here I am I suppose

I was watching some old condo tour videos looking for anything interesting. I noticed something very different from DSP then to now.

Touring his kitchen he has many cases of food. As in he buys shit by the case. A case of 36 cans of energy drinks, a case of meal supplements (he has one every day instead of eating a big meal even though you can see there are only two missing from the case), the biggest size box of goldfish you can buy, handles of liquor, a case of burritos, etc.

It looks like Phil went shopping once a month.

Today Phil absolutely must go shopping every Tuesday or he will starve to death. Why isn't he able to buy in bulk like he did 10 years ago. Buying in bulk is cheaper than buying single items and he has a Costco membership. I thought he is much older and wiser now.

Buy in bulk. Save money. Cut out 2 hours spent shopping every Tuesday. He would then gain 2 hours to make important phone calls and run errands. He would have time to do any activity that he claims to not have time to do.

I know Phil is resistant to change and hates new things. The difference here is this was something he was doing 10 years ago.

Most men I know don't really like grocery shopping or going to the mall. Why does Phil like it so much? Let's take a look at his 9/11 story.

Where were you on 9/11? Well it was a Tuesday so I was out shopping with my mom(he was 19 and in college at the time) every Tuesday we had a mother/son shopping trip.

What's the first thing Phil did whenever Panda came to visit him? They went grocery shopping and then to the mall.

What did he say he did with his mystery girlfriend when she came to visit? Took her shopping and to Ikea.

Edit: oh yeah almost forgot. When did Phil decide to do direct capture and ditch the point a camera at the television? When he was shopping with Rambo.

That's the kind of immature shit Phil does.

"He started it first!"

Yet he doesn't think that he's simply not even following his own rules he sets out almost each stream now. They are simply playground rules at this point. Rules will keep on changing on how he sees fit in his little pod on a platform he seems to be taken for granted.

It really sounds like he did his shopping all at CostCo.

You bring up some good points. Dave is so thick headed, its hard to believe he went from once a month to once a week shopping. I wonder if his parents went grocery shopping once a week, so single Dave can go to CostCo once a month but Dave with a family instead has to do this every week thing.
Not to mention, why even go grocery shopping? Most places will deliver now for free or next to free. I haven't gone to a grocery store to actually "grocery shop" for something like 5 years now.

Hes straight up telling his paypigs to report detractors on youtube now., but he's not gonna have anything to do with it guys.
Can't that, to an extent, be considered somewhat of harassment? Sicking your fans to attack certain channels by mass reporting? That's like a big no no on twitch too apparently.

Seen a few channels getting called out for doing that type of shit on Twitch, but only difference is that they were to other twitch channels. Not sure if crossing over from Twitch to Youtube attacks can be a grey area.

Instructing your fans to mass report someone would definitely count as harassment.

Ah, WonderWaffle407. I remember when that video went live. What a hero.

Phil truly is the unluckiest pro fighting game player of all time. He has an incredible level of skill, but somehow keeps running into people who can somehow cheat to ensure none of his moves will work, and make only his connection lag. It's a wonder why he didn't just stop all his opponent's moves working and double perfect everyone on his way to being the world's #1.

All just part of Comcast's grand conspiracy to slowly ruin him.

Apparently.

Well, usually, the obvious answer to "Why grocery shop every week" is for fresh products, but for all his authantik Politalian LARPing, Dave just doesn't seem to really care for that, or good food in general (That one time he cooked bacon that was a good 80% fat comes to mind, it was legitimately disgusting).

Fresh food. Okay.

Pasta. Pasta will keep for years. Part of the reason they invented dried pasta was so it could be stored and not go bad.

Frozen food. Phil mentions quite often that Kat's dinner came out of a bag. Chicken patties are frozen. All the veggies he eats are either out of a frozen bag or out of a can.

Potatoes. If stored properly, potatoes will definitely last a month. That is assuming Kat uses real potatoes and not instant potatoes from a box.

Baked goods. Spoiler alert! All those fresh baked goods you love from the store? They keep cases and cases of them in the freezer for weeks until there is room to put them on the sales floor. A dozen bagels can be kept in the freezer and just thaw out what you will need the night before.

Maybe he needs fresh ingredients for his sauce? Watching his step by step sauce making video, the only "fresh" ingredient is an onion used in the meatballs. And he doesn't even use meatballs anymore, he uses chicken sausage.

Honestly I think its just excuse for this hermit to get out of the house and feel like a real human being.

This to an extent. Just possibly an excuse to go out to shop more for stuff other than food. Fun dollar spending time.

Either way, if he truly is going grocery shopping every week, it just makes him look stupid. Just like everything he chooses to share, if he's lying he's hiding something, if he's telling the truth, he looks like a bumbling dumbass.
