Gayle Rubin, Pat Califia, Michel Foucault - the first queer theorists - all openly advocated for pedophilia, and the founding document of queer theory “Thinking Sex” spends over half its length supporting NAMBLA and man-boy lovers. All the original queer theorists argued for a total transgression of every sexual norm, and for people to apply anarchist theory to sexuality, including pedophilia. It’s not just a way to analyze literature. There is a reason so many troons will have “AOA:16-18” of age of attraction 16-18 in their twitter bios. I forget which, but there’s even a queer NYT author who talks a lot about AOA/NOMAPs on twitter and slips it in with his articles.
Gay men had to kick out the pedophiles when gay rights first started. It wasn’t just some gossip that gay men wanted to fuck kids, pedophiles (especially man-boy lovers) were trying to get accepted in the same push as regular gay and lesbians in the 1970s. They went into the shadows, wrote essays in liberal arts colleges, called it “queer theory” and started to wear people down.
That’s why troons are not just stopping at being accepted at work. Trooning kids, sexually grooming kids, people like Yaniv hosting a children’s pool party without adults to supervise, forcing men to lick a stink ditch or else you’re TrAnSpHoBiC. They not only want to force your standards and barriers to sexual consent to disappear, but to make you unable to speak up.
As I said earlier in the thread - it’s anarchism for degenerate fetish people, and to treat it like a harmless civil rights movement that kills troons if you don’t participate is the optics these losers want.

Troons created the alphabet soup. LGB used to be it -lady homos, male homos, people who like both. Nothing else. Only in the last decade has it exploded. Troons and the queer theory brigade begged until they gave in, and now the qweer troons are bent on destroying it. In many woke circles they only say TQ now, they’ve already ditched the rest.

A couple of things:
All of the scholarly sources about the history of queer theory I found didn't even mention Rubin's "Thinking Sex," much less describe it as a founding document. Rubin and her spouse's contributions (which are controversial and not universally accepted on account of the things you mentioned) aren't representative of all of queer theory. There is still unfortunately a minority of academics that defend her, though, which is another reason it shouldn't be taught at universities-- you might end up with a fringe professor who supports Rubin's crap including it in a curriculum.
The idea that gay people are disproportionately likely to be pedophiles is absurd and has been debunked many times. Pedophilia is a paraphilia-- pedophiles often don't care about gender, since it's just children in general they want to prey on. The vast, vast majority of pedophiles are males with adult female partners, and over two-thirds of CSA survivors are girls. The theory that the gay rights movement expunged itself of pedophiles because of respectability politics is literally the exact same argument pedophiles themselves have made. Have you ever considered that it's actually because everybody, not just gay people, began cracking down on pedophiles more seriously in the seventies and eighties? CAPTA was enacted in 1974, for instance, and studies on child abuse really didn't begin in earnest until the late sixties. As bizarre as it seems today, no one-- straight or gay-- gave a fuck about CSA before the sixties.
Also note how most the people seeking to troon kids are AGPs asshurt that they didn't experience a "female childhood." AGPs (transbians) are straight men, and often seek out adult female partners (with limited success lol.) The desire to transition children is a very recent thing, and though I acknowledge correlation does not equal causation, I don't think it's a coincidence that the influx of AGPs and the increase in popularity of kid-trooning happened at the same time. This is because the mid 2000s marked the beginning of the commodification of gayness-- both in argumentation and in mass media. I blame this partially on the retarded idea on the left that the more oppressed someone is the more correct they must be.
I reiterate: most practitioners of queer theory today would just describe it as media analysis and don't even know about Rubin's work, much less endorse it.
Fight the real enemy: the people turning identity-based oppression into a trend. There wouldn't be so many AGP creeps in the LGB community today if it weren't for the SJWs ten years ago who squawked about how horrible and uncool white straight men are. They conflated oppression with righteousness, so straight men found a way to make themselves oppressed, while also retaining all their creepy, pedophilic tendencies.

Weird fetish shit aside, the main feeling I get from the newest crop of people who are transitioning is that they're hurting in some way. People who are a part of marginalized communities are allowed to express this on left-leaning spaces using anger, but straight white middle-class homeboy is not. He notices that people listen to troons and accept their opinion as valid, so then he quickly becomes the catgirl. This solved approximately none of his problems, but now at least people listen to him because he is a member of a systemically oppressed class.
This shit quickly comes crumbling down if you ever point out that, according to Critical Theory, people voluntarily self-disenfranchising would actually be entryism. Never mention that though.
