He speaks around sex with analogies and metaphor because he knows almost nothing about the realities of the subject. He thinks they give him a vagueness cover, so he can pretend his statements were meant less literally, or in a different light, if he's called out on his anatomical or physiological misunderstandings.

Really. A man who claims he can’t afford clothes in his size, who claims he can’t pay the rent, who claims he sometimes can’t even afford to eat, has a personal trainer.

If there’s any truth to this (a slim possibility at best), it adds to my theory that the doctor read him the Riot Act regarding his weight. There’s no way Jake would willingly do anything like that.

I doubt Jake would ever set foot in a gym unless a doctor literally told him "I'm all ready to prescribe you the magic potion that will turn you into a bodacious Penthouse Pet, but first you need to lose weight".
It's possible that he's been grinding down the various gatekeepers for state-funded surgery the whole time these past 5 years and he's finally getting close... but I doubt it.

And really, if every single political show features someone more extreme than Tucker Carlson, doesn't that make Fox News a bunch of moderates, if not outright leftists, for giving Tucker a show all to himself that excludes the even-further-right voices that dominate the rest of the media?
