I live somewhat close to where she was murdered and when driving friends though the neighborhood, I never miss a chance to point out where she was murdered and help keep it alive.
What's amazing is that there's still some old timers in that neighborhood that are still alive and living there and were there when she was killed and they're still supremely salty that people dredge it up constantly. Every year some minor newspaper or news outlet, around the time of her death decides to do a story on that neighborhood and what the after effects are, and they always try to reach out to the original people who were there and still live there and they always post that the responses range from refusing to talk or answer the doorbell, to angrily telling the reporters to go fuck themselves when asked for comment.
Plus you'd be surprised how many people don't know or never heard of her, so I do my part keeping the memory alive and what happened there. Especially when I know it makes the residents super salty.

I don't think he know what losing a case means. Nothing has reach a conclusion yet.
This perfectly fits in with last tweet. If it was just "it opened up Vic to paying 500k" and left it that, he would be right. But he goes on to say "I guess that's a win." The problem is...that isn't a win. Because the damn thing is appealable even if Vic lost on appeal. Because Chupp, being the lazy goober that he is, retroactively applied fees to something that was already filed.
The guy still seems to believe random ass posts from the 2000s that were proven to be false. And the rest of the accusations have more proof. Hell, the theory that they were getting Vic out of Funimation because he was going to be a director has more validity than those accusations.
I mean, this guy pretends he knows about law, but...saying body language is inadmissible is bullshit. If the deposition is shown in court for whatever reason, the Jury is going to see and internalize that body language. It doesn't need to be pointed out or made evidence. Hell, if Ty did the hilarious 4D chess move of bringing a body language expert in, he could have that specific analysis submitted as evidence.
Body language is just as admissible as words are. It's the testimony about it from someone with no education or expertise in it that isn't. Though, I'm hoping Nick says something about it, because I'm no expert. I'm only going off what the first through sixth google result told me.
The contradiction here is hilarious. The whole point about him "telling on himself" was the motions he used to show how he touched Jaime's hair (at her request after she hugged him.) You know. Body language. Oh, shit, I forgot body language was inadmissible unless it's Vic that's showing it.

He took advantage of women, but they did willingly. One case was dismissed because she lied, a detective tried getting one woman to delete "embarrassing" communications off her phone, and the defense found email correspondents with another accuser that showed everything went on for months and was consensual. At least one of these women literally had sex with him to get ahead in the industry, and now they're using that to try and bury him.
Oh, but it gets better. The proposed settlement is coming from the bankruptcy of Weinstein's company. He's paying nothing out of pocket. Hell, a good chunk of that settlement is paying his own lawyers AND his brother's lawyers. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/12/11/us/harvey-weinstein-settlement.html
Weinstein is a slimy dude, but it turns out that the media buried the fact that the accusers have just as much merit as Vic's accusers.

some fanfic or blog writer or something for Star wars. His GF is apparently part of some SW dance club or some shit and Vic allegdly chatted up with a friend of his GF that was part of said club (whispering something sexual in her ear like a snake) and it made this cuck feels all gross and icky, but he didnt do jackshit and neither has this alleged friend ever brought up this event.
TLDR a friend of his GF was allegdly hit on by Vic and it creeped HIM out.
