No her names on the court documents. I only saw her once but from the statements her office made and what my fathers lawyer was saying. It seemed to suggest this was a padding case. Whether or not that is true is up for debate but the consensus we got was "its extremely unusual to see 1 count or 2 counts of CP when the average is 50-100"

The FBI interviewed us and many others and they seemed to think this wasn't a normal case either and put in a comment to the DA about there findings. The entire thing was a shitshow from the time it started til the end and my dad made his decision.
