I haven't been able to figure out exactly what happened, but I'm seeing a lot of tweets mention something about microaggressions and a podcast. I'd guess it's related somehow to the quoted/screenshot bit in my last post, but other than that and Gupta's involvement, I have no details.

Well, I'm sure her family's homes in India aren't worth $2.5 million. But I wouldn't be surprised if they had some pretty nice mansions complete with domestic servants, drivers, etc. Of course, the Indian would still rather move to America because while they might live a more comfortable, less stressful life in India, sitting at the top of Indian 'society' and dodging all the government's taxes, being waited on hand and foot, rather than only having a nanny and a cleaner who comes in every few days in the West, they can have more net worth outside India. And that's what counts.
