First a question: Is there some justification in Texas law or the rules of procedure for imposing a penalty on an appeal before the appeal?

BEFORE the appeals court can decide if there's any merit to the appeal (or the case itself), why is Chupp allowed to levy a fine for exercising the constitutional right to appeal .

KV: Vic is dumb and a stupid head and has to have his mommy do all his things
Also KV: Vic is a mastermind rapist that has managed to escape witnesses, cameras and criminal charges for all his rapes and assaults for over 30 years

Also also KV: we are butthurt and terrified we got DENIED so now we shall move on to Phase 37 - Call Vic a stupid head and dis his mom on social media - and then in court cry moar about how Vic calls us names and disses and attacks us constantly on social media

In this way KV is doing the same thing a bunch of these communities do - take for example the HIV denialists (some incredible mix of Duesberg followers and CIA / BIG PHARMA haters)

There are some definitions where a unwanted kiss can be sexual assault or sexual harassment but for those definitions the person being kissed must clearly make the fact of them not wanting said contact, saying no, moving away, pushing the person away or kicking them in the crotch as a few examples. And then the person doing the thing must continue.

Texas Penal Code 22.011 pretty narrowly defines it.

Barring procedural issues (i.e. the appeals court doesn't have jurisdiction yet) they have to hear it. If it escalates to SCOTX, SCOTX isn't required to hear it.

I remember that Nick actually did a stream covering the actual legal definition of sexual assault in texas and how the defendants have failed to prove that any sexual assault occurred to begin with by the actual legal meaning in TX. I can't remember what the name of the stream was but he actually read these out on stream while he was tearing apart the defendants' affidavits.

Meanwhile in reality Vic juggles having a successful acting career for decades, producing an award winning web series, songwriting with multiple albums, and other odd jobs like writing for commercials and graphic design shit. Toss all that in with his convention schedule, of course he doesn't have time to run his fanclub's website.
