No hate, but your question was one born of frustration and disappointment in something you once put some value in being burnt in front of you.

Not to get all emotional and ass-patting but at no point is someone 'undeserving' of something good. You pay to view these movies, to read these novels, to play these games. You are putting your own time and energy both in the form of currency and your own personal time into them.

No one 'deserves' a shitty product or to have something they like ruined. Never accept that idea.

Unfortunately they decided to copy other things from the finished Game of Death, like the incoherent plot structure, being cobbled together in post-production and using poor stand ins for a dead lead.

That would be lovely. I have a personal grudge against Star Wars for filling my head with bullshit trivia about Rodians and the TIE Advanced v1, and subsequently losing all appeal to me so that I'm filled brain-occupying factoids about a franchise I don't even like.

After the model of the spider Oracle on the half submerged baby head was spotted in studio, as far as I'm concerned all the leaks are real.

If you want to get a sense of how shitty this trilogy is; remember that the entire plot of the trilogy happens in the course of little over a year.

Which means the First Order only had control of the Galaxy for a year.

A year.

ONE GODDAMN YEAR.

IMO, the plot sounds like it goes "uh, actually.." to Rian Johnson's plotpoints in TLJ and just shits on it.
Which I feel makes it already better in my opinon
Imagine making a $100million+ movie sequel shitting on a majority of the plotpoints from the previous movie.
I think I'll like this movie just a funny bit.
Plus, hopefully it'll have palpatine being palpatine, can't hate that.

Maybe if it was a comic book or tv show but a multi million franchise with little to no room to screw up and then retcon it?
