Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

Maple Wife got pregnant too so they rushed the marriage as well.

Sloane wasn't born until a year after they married so they rushed that wedding out of pure impulsiveness.

Jaylen is the middle daughter and she's probably better off for being invisible to goons and other assorted hangers on.

Hmm well its not listed in the court system yet.

On one side, pitbulls. On the other, Lowtax.

Uncle Shmorky is looking better and better.
I'm not a lawyer but i think potentially CPS (unfortunately that's a can of worms of it's own) in the case of the younger ones and/or a legal guardian for the oldest one could potentially help? I just hope the kids can avoid as much as possible any further suffering from this whole situation

I mean in Maplewife case she did give the impression she was nuts so i'm not sure letting the child stay with her would be the best idea either

MapleWife hasn't the best judgement but I don't imagine she's on the level of some of the parents featured on this site. Anyone following the Susan & Michael Schofield thread or the Manchusens related threads will know that the state is fairly unwilling to part kids from a mother unless they have a proper iron-clad case to confirm the mother is abusing their kids in some way. The fact she at least was smart enough to get out of dodge to a shelter or somewhere with the kid suggests she's still way better than the likes of Susan. She's probably not feeding the childs meds they don't need and seems to have mostly dedicated her time to being a mom after the kid was born.

Also yeah the Pitball advocacy was a bit weird but the kids still alive so I assume she's a responsible enough dog owner, even if she's passionate about her pets.

There are issues with fathers rights, but people like Lowtax here generally don't help the case of dad's who are willing to put their kids needs over getting a win over mommy because she left you. Generally he's actually somewhat proving that Ashlii's actions were justified on attitude and social media posts alone. Keeping it in limbo long term isn't good for anyone - so I hope she's getting her next steps set up because it's not good for her or the kid to be stuck in a shelter for a long period of time.

I still don't buy that marital arguments didn't end with "all it would take is one call to police to let them know you are here as an illegal..." because it's pretty much the thing he jumped to soon as he learned she took off and has been drumming about since. "Omg she's illegal, why is the state not acting like the media told me and deporting my mean canadian soon-to-be-ex-wife and forcing her to surrender her child to meee?"

True she is isn't the worst parent talked about but and Low-T is a piece of shit that deserve what he will get, i knew he was an asshole but what he's causing his kids to go through is something that piss me off enormously
[and hits to close to home partially/SPOILER]

She may be nuts but she's a parent, and unlike LowT, she doesn't leave the state for weeks at a time to fuck random strangers, isn't on drugs and booze, that we know of, and has lived up to her legal obligations to her kids and not just flat out abandoned them while acting utterly crazy on social media. Also she's the mother, which is usually enough when both parents are utter fuckups.

A declaration that someone else is the father.

Unfortunately they can't really do that against his will. If a child is born to a married mother, the husband is presumed to be the father, if he chooses to. So he'd have to embrace his identity as a cuckold for that to happen even if another man is actually the father.

They could legally terminate his parental rights, but he'd have to have done a lot worse than he's done. In all likelihood, this ends with either joint custody but with the mother as the primary custodial parent, or the mother as the parent with sole custody if he bitches out like he always does.

I think it could be both. It could turn out he is not the father, and still have to pay alimony to his ex-wife because he was 100% of their income

It would probably be permanent child support, but permanent alimony isn't very common any more. Alimony is usually a short-term thing, while you are responsible for the child from the moment you adopt that responsibility, whether that is by fathering them or even by simply holding yourself out as the father for long enough they come to rely on it (estoppel).

He's blithered enough the past couple weeks on social media about his daughter being "kidnapped." There will be child support, he'll be accountable for it. Realtalk, I don't think he means his own children any harm and actually cares about them. Being able to care for them however... well, come the fuck on, he can barely take care of himself.
