I think they are, but are purposely doing this to avoid social media uproar. By industry standards, Todd still has a healthier reputation than Vic, so I don't think he wants any of this garbage thrown at him, and I'm sure Vic feels the same way.This guy got pictures with Vic and Todd at SonoCon.

Looks like Vic and Todd had a good time despite not so many people showing up.
Btw, I just noticed I haven't seen any pictures of Vic and Todd together. Was kinda hoping to see them posing as friends for a picture. I hope they're still on good terms.
On a side note, whoever that elderly man is in the background, I want to drink beers with him.

Is this guy serious?! I've watched many videos about Vic interacting with his fans at cons and not one of them is he being inappropriate. These videos aren't hard to find either. Anytime I've asked people who believed Vic was guilty, they bring up the coffee line he does. When I mention to them that his fans request him to do that line, they immediately backpedal saying that the girls should know better than to interact with a dangerous predator. One lady in particular kept trying to convince me that this girl was a poor defenseless teenage girl being harassed by Vic. Mind you at the time the video was made, she was 25.
Here are some of the quotes from her.

Man, considering how much work con appearances are, especially when you actively try and engage and sit there the whole time to sign autographs, that's a lot of work Vic put in.

Someone mentioned a discord user named Reibear a few pages back (too lazy to look for that post now) and asked who they were. Looks like a basketball court so I wouldn't expect too many people there. I've seen photos of Vic at conventions that were held at high school gyms and he still had fun. Obviously the size of the venue doesn't matter to him, as long as people who want to see him have fun. I think it was Adam Sheehan that had the stuff about the Vic locks in his affidavit. The same guy that said they were contractors but he did all the scheduling for conventions and brand management, you know, employee stuff.
