I forgot to mention in the post, that the boy was a normal kid who like doing typical boy stuff like playing sports, riding bikes, etc. (wouldn't cross dress)

actually, I think my question was orignally meant to speculate about how chris would react to the MALE, because as we all know all Males are brutes

Well, there's also Reginald Chandler. Also this kind of question pops up regularly.
My guess: he'd be just every bit as neglecting as a parent as you could imagine. The same goes for Crystal. He'd be all up in there to play MLP and Lego with his children, but the moment he had to take some sort of responsibility, he'd lose interest and move on.
In that regard he's kind of like those people that get a puppy or a kitten and lose interest when it stops being 'the cute new thing'.

Based on demographics, Chris probably wouldn't identify as Christian (the religion), but I suspect that he'd probably be very superstitious, and possibly identify with Buddhism, Taoism, and/or Confucianism. If he spoke English, it'd probably be as well as he speaks Spanish IRL. If Chris lived in the PRC (mainland China), there's that "one child only" policy, so he'd want Crystal (or the Chinese equivalent) to be his one child. Also, if Chris were in the PRC, he'd have a harder time getting porno because it's illegal there, and he'd have considerably less freedom overall compared to the USA. But if he lived in the ROC (Taiwan), he'd have pretty much the same amount of freedom as he has IRL, I think. Also, I doubt there's tugboat in China (Taiwan or mainland), so he'd probably be working at a job, or living off of Chinese Barb.

But otherwise, he'd be pretty much the same as IRL, just in the local culture instead of VA, USA. Not to mention, he'd still probably have a hard time getting china in China.

His parents would probably have much more disdain for him given it's the greatest economic boom in arguably hundreds of years and he's spending it being a lazy slob. To my knowledge, China does have a welfare system of some sort but it's one of those shitty Eastern Bloc types that's degraded heavily since the 80s so he'd still need a job if he wants spending money.

I'm not sure if China was lax enough on censorship to allow stuff like Pokemon or Sonic in the 1990s. And even then, it's not even certain that the Chandler family would have a TV at the time. So most likely his interests would be very different. More likely than not though he'd still create something as horrible and unoriginal as Sonichu, givng him some brief PRC internet fame depending on if it ever makes its way to Russia, the other East Asian countries or the West. Anywhere his lore goes however will be celebrated as the arrival of the King Americanaboo.

And one last thing, Confucianism is the anti-Chris Chan, celebrating sacrifice, hard work and being happy with what you already have. I wouldn't put it past him to say that he feverishly supports it while not knowing a damn thing about it, let alone following its beliefs.

I think you're going at it the wrong way.

He'd put his talents into good use working in some sweatshop making bootlegs. Also his fathers service in the Korean war would be a lot more different and Chris would bring up the patents his father stole in order to add to Chinas great wealth.
