I reckon Rambo had already betrayed Phil in his own twisted headspace before he tucked tail and ran away from darksydemom's influence across the country. Rambo developed a personal and creative relationship with OJ (Other John) and here was a guy whose character felt like the antithesis to that of dipshitphil's. OJ fully embraced his inner nerd, dressed and sort of acted like Stewart from Beavis and Butthead wheras Phil has to this day continued to deny all his own inner faggotry (it escapes of course; but the pigdog doth try) where in lieu of views views views and money money money, he's still the alpha chad in his own head in 2019; with an actual living being as a wife and a famiy unit to protect with an imaginext Fisher Price axe behind the door.
The Dream of Project 7 was supplanted by John and OJ's own original lo-fi, built for fun not so we can beg for funds superhero series Schnozman and Hole Punch (which you can still buy on bluray) while John would go on to write and perform original music on his own channel. What a novelty both John and OJ acually produced their own original kahntent instead of relying on the work of others to form a body of work one could (with the right application of polskitaliano ego) describe as some kind of "legacy". It didn't really matter that it wasn't successful in the traditional sense, it would still be perceived as a sleight against the video spamming juggernaut who I'm quite sure when asked about the pair's show stated that he just didn't have the time to watch it as a fulltime yootoober.
I don't consider the whole Let's Play/Streaming scene entirely parasitic in nature but let's just say the supposed JAHB of playin' vidya poorly with the king on the internet for money is the perfect foil for an insipid lazy fuck like Phil Burnell.. and it's no surprise that even his best friend found a better partner to have actual fun with when measured up to Phil's singularly focused approach (need for attention) couch co-op or die hangout routine
Rambo betrayed Phil by having a life of his own outside Phil's own empire of autism. Die, Schnozman, Die!
