James Arthur Watkins a/k/a "Jim Watkins" vs. Fredrick Robert Brennan (2019) - Libel tort in the Republic of the Philippines.

If he takes your side on this debate, I am "pwned" for a season, but that public declaration will probably make it into one of the dossiers maintained by enemies of this place, and something will eventually break the camel's back.

We hosted the Christchurch shooting and where globally called out for it, have doxxed numerous trannies, and host copious movements the left hates. You honestly think causing the Pedo Nazi king of 8chan to kill himself would be what would cause the end of this site?

Wow.

I won't be reporting anything, though, because that will just make this worse. Josh'll see the post whether or not I report it. If I report it, and especially if I report it then announce such action publicly, he will be forced to take a side, probably also publicly. Strategically, the best thing to do is bring it up and not report it; that way he can choose either to change* the rules or not change them, either option with plausible deniability. He can also choose whether or not to make anything about that thought process public.
Josh has told people to kill themselves on here many, many times. I have a pretty good idea on what "side" he'd take if you reported that post.

Josh is scared of kikewheels. I guess he fears more of his chat logs and private conversations going to be posted on medium exposing more and more. In reality, kikewheels hates all the users on this site and hates Josh. That's been cleared up long ago. The fact that the genetic dud posted some private information (legal papers) here and removed pages should be all you need to know

I am under no obligation to answer any particular question. It is not a rule that I must answer every question posed. I answer the questions which interest me and I give information you can't find out any other way (at the time I give it.) That is the purpose of this account for the foreseeable future.

If you want some poetry, let me try to give some though:

Time makes a hypocrite of us all, because we change over time. I say therefore unto you, to be a hypocrite is to be human. If you think me a hypocrite you humanize me, and for that I thank you. Said another way, if hypocrisy be my greatest crime, wherefore then can I even be called a criminal?
Careful, if I ever were to do so, then this exchange might be seen as, if not the reason by itself, then one of a large number of factors and emblematic of a larger problem of bullying and harassment by this website.

You know I'm right, so this type of post should be against the rules.
Relax, friends. It was friendly advice, given as a courtesy. CloudFlare is going public, and as far as the public (by which I mean the press) is concerned, this place killed a trans woman. (Was it two?) Plus one cripple?

See, this is fun, isn't it? Interesting topics of discussion, not tired questions.
You're a pathetic, stunted and infantile mockery of a man, and I'm not referring to your physical attributes.

Oh yeah, that's right! Wasn't there some bullshit happening in February for this lawsuit? I can't even remember.

Goddamn it, I thought I was done with [Brennan]'s Twitter:

On the plus side, it feels nice to know that we're not the only ones completely done with this nonsense. Fredrick's own lawyer couldn't be fucked to show up.

So is cpwheels trying to stop Jims naturalization? Is this the same lawsuit as the libel one?

What kind of court system do they run when the governments lawyer decides to fuck off? Surely theres consequences for that?

Oh wait, you're right! I'm confusing the different lawsuits. So far Fredrick's:
(1) being sued by the Englisbee family along with Jim Watkins and Cloudflare for the 8chan/Crusius thingo,
(2) inserted himself into Jim Watkin's Philippines naturalization proceedings like a jackass,
(3) being sued by Jim Watkins for libel (i.e. this thread).

You're right. That Twitter stuff I posted pertains to (2) and this is the thread for (3). My mistake!

I'm not a lawyer so I can only offer my smooth-brained take on the whole thing. But I've always thought the situation was super odd from the start, so I'm not too surprised that it's unfolding like a circus. (I'm particularly perplexed that Fredrick was allowed to insert himself into Watkin's naturalization proceedings at all. It literally has nothing to do with Fredrick and nobody wants him there.)

If he can prove that Hotwheels is going into that lawsuit in mala fides, trying to benefit from the amicus curiae legal institution to cause damage to Watkins, it's likely he could wring out even more money from that traitorous little man's wallets. I don't know what the Philippines civil procedure code looks like, but unless the legal logic in it is completely out of whack, there's really no reason for Brennan to have a say in it.

The public lawyer there would only have an advisorial role to the judge, depending on the kind of system that the Philippines uses.

I wouldnt assume the phillipines legal system has something like that.

Bad faith is definitely an institute.

Article 19. Every person must, in the exercise of his rights and in the performance of his duties, act with justice, give everyone his due, and observe honesty and good faith.

Article 20. Every person who, contrary to law, wilfully or negligently causes damage to another, shall indemnify the latter for the same.

This is the pathway to citizenship that Jim Watkins is undertaking. The relevant part:

Section 10. Hearing of the petition.—No petition shall be heard within the thirty days preceding any election. The hearing shall be public, and the Solicitor-General, either himself or through his delegate or the provincial fiscal concerned, shall appear on behalf of the Commonwealth11 of the Philippines at all the proceedings and at the hearing. If, after the hearing, the court believes, in view of the evidence taken, that the petitioner has all the qualifications required by, and none of the disqualifications specified in this Act and has complied with all requisites herein established, it shall order the proper naturalization certificate to be issued and the registration of the said naturalization certificate in the proper civil registry as required in section ten of Act Numbered Three thousand seven hundred and fifty-three.12

So, yeah, this Solicitor-General is the equivalent of the French Parquet in the Philippines.

Maybe thats why cpwheels lawyer fucked off.

You cant rely on a Filipino to be on time to anything. They all work on Filipino time, no one gives a fuck about actually being somewhere on a specific date and time. You can read abit about it here - https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Filipino Time and a bit more indepth here https://medium.com/@btantheman/why-filipinos-follow-filipino-time-d38e2c162927

basically, if you had money and hired a GOOD lawyer, he would have been there on the dot. If you have little to no money and hire a monkey, you're working on Filipino time.

@copypaste is going to jail

The Philippines has issued an arrest warrant for Fredrick Brennan. Attached his petition of review I stole from his twitter.

I bet he stays in California.

Edit: His arrest warrant is on
