(3) being sued by Jim Watkins for libel (i.e. this thread).

But I've always thought the situation was super odd from the start, so I'm not too surprised that it's unfolding like a circus. (I'm particularly perplexed that Fredrick was allowed to insert himself into Watkin's naturalization proceedings at all. It literally has nothing to do with Fredrick and nobody wants him there.)
