I still can't believe how useless Chupp was. They're blatantly not complying with discovery, several times; to the point Ty had to walk to the Judge during, and after the deposition; and yet Chupp did fuck all.
Then later throws a bitch fit about evidence. The cunts are openly, and brazenly committing discovery abuse, and apparently went against TRCP when objecting randomly and shittily ( making broad of general objections ) to the interrogatories. Where Casey then admits in his own filing the objections make it unclear as to what to answer.

I guess I have the benefit of hindsight. I fully agree that Ty was well prepped for a TCPA hearing. You do have a valid point. Asking Ty to be prepared for what happened is unfair at best. I'll keep my autism in check next time.

It's like a professional race car driver showing up at Indy and having to drive a deck of cards against two mismatched sox, a stool sample and four grannies knitting dog condoms.
IE nothing resembling a car race, or a legal proceeding.

I’m going to have to disagree with you. Chris played multiple characters in the old DBZ dub, even when they got more actors after Funimation grew, to take the roles of the other characters, he still voiced multiple characters.Right, as opposed to that multitalented thespian Chris Sabat.
Chris while somewhat of a typecast is similar to Vic. Both don’t have a dramatic range as both of them are usually typecasted, but Chris does have some range just like Vic.
That’s what makes this whole thing tragic.
Chris actually does have talent and can act. Sean does have talent and can act. Monica when not doing the annoying shrill voice, she actually can act, look up Lyra/Dante from FMA 2003. I still maintain that was one of Monica’s best performances.
Jamie despite always being some side character actually does have good comedic delivery in most of her roles. I know Kara Edwards is a nobody but she actually isn’t half bad.
There is a lot of people with decent to actually really good talent at Funimation. But they torched their own careers because they’re all petty and jealous little shits.
What a waste of talent. It’s a shame it wasn’t gifted to people who weren’t malicious spergs and faggots.

-Vic is no longer voicing Qrow, Broly, Sabo, or other roles at Failmation / Cuck Teeth.
-Vic lost a lot of convention appearances.
Loss:
-Failmation lost a damn good amount of fans due to their own exceptional behavior, and their refusal to tell their VAS to shut the fuck up towards fans only accelerated that further which costed them money.
-The entire English VA Community (Texas, and some Commiefornia tards) have shown everyone in Weeb Wars how repugnant, stupid, scummy, and generally unlikable these fucking clowns are with them all being the epitome of 'Small Name, Big Ego' wherein they treated people like shit who called them out on it.
-Monica and Jamie's convention appearances aren't looking so good next year, and their toxic behavior literally began to hemorrhage others who share tables with them (The VAS who don't speak, like Glass) but neither of them could give a flying fuck about those people.
-Monica and Jamie facing only getting work in Failmation / Sentai Works / Cuck Teeth / Gearbox, but no one else would bother with them because they've confirmed every negative rumors about them;due to refusing to shut up on social media when their lawyers told them to do it.
-Possibly having people being pissed with MoRon who got name-dropped in court that avoided drama, because they were too stupid to take the deal to keep that from happening until changing their minds later but it was too late to undo their mistake.
-Attempting to drive Vic to suicide, but not getting their outcome.
-Your entire existence and thirst for seacow puss puss.
Well, seems they lost more than they gained from ruining Vic's life with little regard and no shits given for the Anime Community they spout off about.

As much as I hate to admit it, I agree. It’s unfortunate that these people turned out to be scumbags because it has caused people like me to forget how talented some of these people were and how important they were to our childhood up to our early adulthood. Now our memories are tainted because of their behavior.
