TGWTG "Nostalgia Critic" / Doug Walker, Rob Walker, Mike Michaud, Mike Ellis, Holly Christine Brown, et al - The Incompetent Predator-Protecting Upper Management of Channel Awesome, Doug Still Not That Funny

By the way I just remembered that Doug made once an entire episode where he shat on TMZ basically during half of the review. What was that about? Did TMZ said something about TGWTG?

iirc he doesn't like TMZ because the only journalism they do is just trying to embarrass and humiliate people. Like getting the facts so far off "JACK BLACK HATES HIS NEW MOVIE" when it's actually "Jack Black Hasn't Seen His New Movie."

He just think it's pointless crap that is ridiculous. Though I believe he only led into it because it was in his Top 11 South Park Episodes since it had that one focused of Brittney Spears where TMZ was a big part of it.

That reminds of another video pointing opinions in his video about why he like the less good dubbing of Akira (i mean the one without Leonardo's voice actor among the dubbers) actually don't make sense under scrutiny. Most if not all of CA (current or ex-members) actually fall under the same problems as Doug and Bennett

Without watching the video, I believe the reason why TMZ factors so heavily in the AI review is because Walker blasted the company in a prior episode and some of his fans who like both Doug’s material and TMZ’s took umbrage because they are too fragile to take criticism from someone on the Internet

His bashing of TMZ also caused the wife of one of CA's content creators (the guy who does Renegade Cut, IIRC) to abandon her social media after NC fans mocked her for liking TMZ.

Good God what happened to Walker's eyes? The guy is aging almost as bad as Chris, I kinda hope it's just the guy was tired as he recorded it...yeah I know I sympathizing with a lolcow but still I can be concerned for their health can't I?

Was Fennah trying to be ironic when he wrote and animated a musical sequence criticizing The Wall for featuring seemingly random creatures, while he himself was randomly using his own furry fetish critters?

This is an odd case, though, because Fennah not only gave it his absolute all with this sequence, but he defends himself by claiming he was "only the animator"... despite him writing that particular fucking song. It seems like he wasn't in on the Critic's joke.

No. Doug hated TMZ because he is a neckbeard that doesn't like their lackluster approach to journalism.
