Star Wars Griefing Thread (SPOILERS) - Safety off

Honestly, the reality is starting to sink that there's a new Star Wars movie that I don't want to even see in theaters and it's really depressing me.

I think back to how excited I was a kid, I feel robbed that I'll probably never get that same sense of excitement from a Star Wars movie again.
Eh relax,

You will get a quality Star Wars movie at some point.

Probably sooner than later...

(Fuck your rainbows, you all know it's true)

I wonder what being a long time Star Wars fan, someone who has been following the franchise for 20+ years, feels like at this very moment.

Catharsis for all the pent-up frustration I've had with a company that hates fans like me.

Wistful for the childhood I spent playing the Super Star Wars SNES trilogy and the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight games while I enjoyed the films: first the OT and then the PT as they came out. Shit, if nothing else they were way better than Terminator 3 at the time. Actually they were way better. I never got into playing any of the PT-era games save for a little of the Phantom Menace game I rented once for the PS1, but for the little that I did, they felt pretty good.

And that's how I feel now, all things considered. Given the time I can always go back there.

And that's okay, because you'll always have the good ones.

Besides, you never know when you'll find a new franchise that you'll absolutely love.

Just spoke with my brother about it- he's a fan. He contends that Solo and Rouge One are still the best of the new era of films. I offered to save him $20 + this weekend, but he's determined to ride it out. Press F, friends.

Have to respect the dedication, I suppose. They want to see the final brick to the head to the new trilogy that started with an 'eh' and ended with a shart.

Yes Disney, yes, so progressive those 3 seconds worth of a kiss will sure make all the faggots pround gay people swarm the cinemas to see your dump of million dollars. And the rest is history, god I can't believe that it's over, that was painful there's not a single moment that I enjoyed, how the fuck JJ, Iger, KK and company let this happen? It's a trainwreck, the pacing is horrible and very boring, half of the movie they just going in a treasure hunt with almost nothing in between is just so boring.

But Disney already had gay kisses on screen.

Case in point
