Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

And NOW we have "attempt to destroy evidence" on Ron's Table. Wouldn't this essentially be going against the "Order to Preserve Evidence" that is still active cause appeals are coming?
Not sure if anything can be done except that the jury will be instructed to consider the worst possible reason. Then again, even if they are not suppose to, the CoA judges might wanna take a look for themselves and might not be impressed with him doing that so...

Too bad everything is still saved on Twitters end so Ty can just request that.
I assume because of GDPR they'll actually nuke everything related to his account when they finally delete it in 30 days, can Vic's legal team make any legal demands at this point that Twitter should keep all of Toye's Twitter data due to an ongoing lawsuit?

Not certain. It sounds more like Twitter retains info for police investigations and doesn't retain user deleted content long.

My guess is Soye got spooked by a lawyer (either his own or Lawtwitter) telling him that some of his tweets he's hidden from us might bite him in the ass at a future date so he deleted his Twitter. I don't think it matters much anyway, there's a binder of over 400 potentially defamatory tweets (even if some aren't really defamatory like the "piece of shit" tweet Lawtwitter is obsessed with) so at least some of it will stick even if much hilarious content like him bitching about legal fees to some Lawtwitter guy is lost.

You have 30 days to get the information. It's pretty standard with social media platforms. After that it's wiped. Depending on the company size it'll be overwritten.

It's unavailable.

It appears that he deactivated his account. He has 30 days to restore it by logging in.
You got to wonder what was it that prompt him to deactivate his account. As Nick said. he should've done this earlier this year and apologize. Otherwise, there'd be no case.

So wild theory but what if Ron "DFE" due to all his questions about the lawsuit costing too much? Like Lemonaids has to be following him/lawtwitter and DFEing would bring less suspicion than blocking Lemonaids. Can always use the "taking a break from SM" excuse. IDK just a theory I had.
