Yeah, that was me reading meow mix commentary on his "air Canada fix this now" tweet. Some suspected it was about a baby kicking his seat on air Canada at some point in the past. Instead it's likely he was just horning in on Ms. Yardley complaining about travel troubles. But a big thank you for identifying when he was indeed bitching about babies.

Is it discrimination for an attorney who focuses on discrimination cases to refuse to represent a male client because male plaintiffs rarely prevail on discrimination claims?

I would tend to think this is an excellent example of discrimination that is actually perfectly acceptable because it's best for nearly every attorney (who doesn't have to lose a case they won't learn anything from) and for nearly every prospective client (who doesn't have to spend a bunch of money on nothing.) With the same set of facts the prospective client's sex alone can make them a less desirable client with no regard for how the attorney feels about men in general.

So, I attended an industry conference last week. Attendees, among a plethora of other forms, were asked to sign a global image release just in case that we should happen to be in the backdrop of a picture the event organiser wanted on their website.

I suppose I should now add "model" to my curriculum vitae, too?

Typical Yaniv. He also tried to run for council when he lived in Greenside and him and his nut job mother were a nightmare to the strata council. I feel so bad for anyone that has to deal with these two losers. I wonder if he's sent those strata council members pizza's as well? Greenside was thrilled to see them go, but we knew that the next place him and psycho bitch mother showed up would be in for some horrible times.
