Maybe, but seeing how chump is I doubt he'll do anything.

Well don't forget that Chupp is running for the Place 7 judge of the Texas Second District Court of Appeals.
If the case is done before November 3 2020 and he decides to be lazy on that case then it will reflect badly on his resume.
I don't think that he can afford to be lazy on such a big case that could cost him his reputation and the seat that he is running for.
I may be optimistic but that seems to be a logical course of action.
Since @5t3n0g0ph3r became Supervisor, he has updated a number of things, including the Weeb Wars Index.I only decided to start downloading the court docs since October, so I'm missing a lot of the early ones, [....].
I wouldn't be surprised if Ron Soye changed his handle after all the Kiwis being able to quasi-read his bad takes from LawTwitter nutters.
Edit: It seems like Ron could have gone full DFE after all. But then again Twitter is weird.

can they force a certain person to hand over all those requested evidence?
Too little to late for Ron, People will NEVER ignore 400 defamatory tweets.I have no confidence that he backed up anything.
I just wanted to let people know that preserving evidence doesn't mean you have to keep your Twitter account.
edit: Nick's comments

I don't think Ron's scared of the appeal. Monica liked this tweet after he got rid of it.

Maybe he realized he was addicted to Twitter. He has liked a staggering 84,000 tweets since February.

Ron! I said you would die on this hill! You fucker!
I mean, we have archives of the public tweets and Twitter will give any communication if subpeona'd.
The biggest problem being "Can Ty Subpeona outside discovery?" Ty doesn't really have any weight to his requests until the court grants that authority.
They can. If the person refuses I believe the court will see it as a failure on the defenses side and default to the plaintiff.
I might be wrong so a law kiwi could explain better.
None of this matters since he can most likely log back in and Twitter will restore the account.
Edit: Monica and Jamie still have their accounts up. Any DM's from them would probably include Ron.
With the court's permission he certainly can, and all lawyers involved know this, so I'm assuming they judged it not worth the time and effort to motion for limited discovery or a subpoena on something particular. Probably the right choice since the problem with their case was the poor presentation, the deal with the notarization of the affidavits, and a lazy-ass judge, not anything involving discovery, MoRon's withholding of it notwithstanding. The biggest problem being "Can Ty Subpeona outside discovery?" As for Toye, I'm baffled as to why he chose to deactivate his account now. I mean, I'm glad he's gone, but Toye should've deactivated it back in spring right before the lawsuit began. Monica and Jamie at least have an excuse due to their profession.

Also, that's a bold hot take from this guy Michael. Isn't he making the same mistake ISWV made in assuming they were going to win the case? And Monica should be worried about the appeals. As Drex Dex said in the reply, anything can happen. They all thought they would get heavily compensated back in Nov. and look what happened.
Monica and Jamie still have their accounts up because their accounts are tied to their jobs at Funimation. Also, deleting them would raise a lot of questions.

We did archive most of Ron's shit yes?
My initial guess is a potential client at his work looked him up and saw how exceptional he is on social media and told the Tuttles or something. I have a hard time seeing him delete because of the case, he's too invested.Makes me wonder if something new happened. Behind the scenes. Dunno.
My happening detector is slightly interested in the potential for a happening
The excessive emojis didn't give him away before that?the one tweet that made me realize there was something off about him

Chump did.
His Instagram is still up though. So he's not really gone. I'm baffled that he kept his twitter long enough, but since every 700 defamatory tweets from January to April has been archived, if he done this when the whole thing started he would've not had a case against him.

Only what was public, he went private quite some time ago.
Would just have to subpoena Twitter for them. They will comply immediately
Im not sure if its accurate but someone said Twitter only keeps data for 30 days. Appeals will take longer than that.Ron! I said you would die on this hill! You fucker!
