Z is sooo shit, Goku is not a naive boy from the woods anymore, he is now retarded, also all other characters are turning into shit and the plot is just repeating itself. Its a power fantasy for people with down syndrome...

you know, I like HALF of Z. it's when you get into the later part of the Cell Ark and onto Buu that I just can't sit through it. kinda glad someone else has watched through DB to DBZ and understands the tone difference though.

but yeah, he was and it is generally used to explain a lot but the general motive throughout ALL of old dragon ball and up into early EARLY Z is that Goku is innocent and naive, and has a pure heart which is why he was able to train with the likes of Kami and Korrin

This is the problem, he is loosing his shady aloof allure that I’m sure a lot of his fans like.
Going to be pretty hard for him to call out weird anime loving Troons when they probably watch the same animes as him.

I don't think many people see this shady aloof in a manchild who got famous from a gaymergayte and cried on stream because his cringe movement got taken over by shills. If anything his appeal is in being a somewhat relatable dork with a decent sense of humor who talks about insane people doing insane shit.

I am not really that opposed to weab shit but I would prefer it in sparse amounts, I would say he should just go full on bit chute and do a variety of videos there.
