Yeah...restaurants are the last place any fatty should be looking at for inclusion. They are about the sketchiest legally run businesses around. The hospitality industry will ALWAYS find its way around "laws" and "acceptable practices" because that's how they make money. They make their employees sign contracts stating they will work without breaks or overtime, then (in some states) pay them less than $3/hour AND make them pay for mistakes or walk outs. The companies certainly don't give a fuck about paying for some supersized booths to make customers (who will find a way to pay them regardless) comfortable.
Let's not bite into her bait of bullshit... obesity is not a protected class and she perhaps should get a passport since some regions of the US do cater to larger people. I could typerventilate a bunch of reason as to why her bitching about booths and the food industry could or could not be a good idea, but the bottom line is that obesity is NOT a protected class, and eating at a table with a chair is not some sort of ADA violation (at least not in the US) and there is no requirement that booths have to accommodate people of morbid obesity size. Fuck, booths aren't even mandatory.
With that, when any dine in restaurant opens they need to factor in the capacity and turn over to yield profits. For some it may be based on turnover. I think Uber Eats and other food deliveries are a bit of a new thing in which they can get sales and revenue, but also have to pay into the service, pay the driver, pay any fees, etc I don't think the intention for any resturant to join a delivery service is to save money on broken chairs; it's to increase revenue by not having to hire a delivery person at an hourly rate for two or three shifts on standby.
But fuck, why have the debate for a woman who literally only dines in a few times a year? In 2019 she dined out with Peetz about 6 times, Grandma a couple, and with Bibi.....once or twice?

Yea, those contracts are not enforceable as no establishment, local or state law in the US can override federal labor laws. Yes, happens a lot mostly because people do not know their rights. Same with any staffer being charged to pay any mistakes, comp meals, or dine and dash...all illegal. It happens, but not legal to deduct the cost of any loss of normal operations from a paycheck.

I think some of the casual-style restaurants like Chili’s have sort of quietly headed this direction. They didn’t exactly change the booth size, but they made the tables narrower. And that is a pain in the ass when you have a lot of people in one of those long booths. Lots of people = lots of plates, and with all the extra advertising bullshit they stack on the table, plus glasses etc., you run out of room real fast.

Chantal is not and never was a social butterfly no matter how much she tries to convince us otherwise. We have seen how nervous she is in social situations and how she never has anything to say. The wedding party video has always been to me the perfect example of this. She spent the whole evening on her own or in the front with the limousine driver when she was invited by a friend from her high school days. Most people would have mingled or at least caught up with the friend but she did no do any of that because she could not push herself to do it.

You can tell she rarely hangs around these people. It was one of the first videos I remember watching of her's. It's just five minutes of her awkwardly pushing her camera into the faces of her supposed friends, while also rambling about her subscribers.

Club footage wasn't much different either and was quickly stopped due to "battery issues" if you believe it. She was there sitting alone in booth drinking while others danced.
But of course just like her "you don't see what I eat in entire day" she also told us that that footage does not represent the entire night! In fact there was this guy that was hitting on her friends but ultimately couldn't resist her and they danced long into the night. And that was exactly what she said IIRC. I'm not even joking. Let's use a more recent example. She just did a list of things that piss her off and had some nice things to say about people in stores. But then when you look at her shopping videos and you see her doing everything in her power to avoid interacting with people and to not in any way come in their way. She does this because she doesn't want to be center of attention because of how she looks.
When interactions are inevitable she always tells them to go first, but not because she's nice.
