These people could literally google "sexual dimorphism in humans" and immediately be presented with immense amounts of proof that humans are basically sexually binary with a small percentage of intersex individuals.
Intersex individuals are not a third sex though - it's a rare condition in which you simply have some characteristics of the two sexes. Also, intersex and trans people are obviously different things so the fact intersex people exist doesn't change the fact that most MtF transsexuals are biologically male and belong in every way to only one of the two sexes.

Jake's reference to higher education is sleight of hand for this reason. He wants people to believe that he speaks from authority about what the science shows despite having no qualifications which allow him to do so.

Also gives more context to his "endless doctors appointments" - we know his endo is actual a specialist in treating diabetes, now we know he needs treatment for gout as well.
That's why Jake is my favorite troon- there's usually a little corn nut of truth buried in the rolls and folds of his lies.
I also noticed his wake time has been shifting up slightly.
He used to sleep until 3 or 4 every day, but lately he's been waking at the crack of 1 or 2pm. I wonder if that's because his mom enlisted him to make lunch or do some small chore for his grandma after her stroke. It will be interesting to see if he backslides now that she's gone.
My theory is that his mom sees 40 on the horizon and cracked the whip about him getting his neetbux, so Jake does actually have to get up and go to the doctor more frequently to prove he has a "disability." It would also fit with his tale of seeing a "personal trainer" if his doctor referred him to a physical therapist.

When he goes off on a tirade like that I wonder how much unsubstantiated garbage could be piled into his brain that he just accepts because it strengthens his current opinion and then adds something to it himself. It's a trait I remember pathological liars/mythomaniacs having when I grew up. When tired of their tall tales just make up one of your own and they'll go "wow, cool, that's like when I..." and they will happily start building on whatever bullshit you just told them.

He has mentioned a few times that he has "mobility issues" and suggested general trouble walking. He could have a level of gout that just flares up and the doctor was like "you ain't even 40 yet faggot" and that's why he's doing those minor exercises, etc. He may not like talking about it because it's too close to his real life. I don't mean in terms of OpSec, but just like how he doesn't really LARP any mental illnesses despite that being so popular (anxiety and depression are like the free space), even when he tosses out PTSD it's almost as an afterthought rather than constant hammering like his trans identity stuff.

A lot of troons seem to fetishize puberty because* they see it as when the magical nebulous genderless childhood ends and you're set in stone as your adult gender against your will and life went downhill because of that.
